The whole process was incredible. There were multiple addresses to choose from in the area that I chose and once that was agreed upon a virtual nortary public was provided to authorize the address.

I was disappointed to be in line to be helped, The guy behind the desk helped two people who came in after I did. Basically ignored standing in front of the line. Then had to wait while he searched through a box of mail to find my mail. I'm a little worried. Hope this isn't the standard of care that I will receive in the future.

It is extremely disappointing that there isn't a local number available, therefore, I had to upgrade to a toll free number.
I was told, I cannot try again without giving up my current number.
This has caused a hault in my business and I will be discontinuing my services soon.

Our Office Plans provide you with a fax line and a phone number. Depending on the plan that you select, you can even choose a toll-free number. While you cannot select the exact number that you are provided with, you will be provided with options narrowed down by state, area code, or zip code. Depending on the filter that you choose, phone numbers that we can provide may have limited availability.
You are always able to add additional phone lines to your plan for an additional fee.

Ipostal stopped my ability to use the site to see my mail. Said I owend $199 which was for a more expensive plan. I didn't sign up for the more expensive plan. When I tried to Call, Email and use their CHAT bot, I got NO response. I spent several hours trying to figure out what was going on without any help from Ipostal. The office that I was using in my home town to track my mail, said they had no control over ipostal and how they charged customers or how to use their website. I don't recommend you use this company. You can't speak with anyone when things go wrong.

As long as your account is active and you have mail in your mailbox, you should be able to view that mail in your inbox.
You can always check your plan name in your Mailbox Settings and review your billing history in the Transactions tab.

It would be great if there was an option where all mail is opened and the first page scanned, then we could pay a fee to scan the rest of the pages. It is sometimes difficult to know whether the mail is spam or not, just looking at the envelope exterior. Thanks

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs.
