I love the service, but the cost to shred or scan is a little high. Other than that, I am very happy. The cost of monthly service is very affordable to keep my home address private.

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, shredding, and scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.

I signed up via Tailor Brands so I've had issues logging in outside of Tailor Brands. It took a while, but I finally found a work around. Outside of logging in I do love this.

Good. The scan could be less distorted but the bank accepted it.
Also. Instructions are not available for rescan.

Our service standards dictate that scans be completed with clear images of the entirety of the contents of the requested mail. We work closely with our mail center partners and will follow-up with your mail center to ensure that these standards of service and quality are maintained.
If you are ever dissatisfied with a scan of your mail, you can always place a 'rescan' request for that mail piece to have your mail center scan it again for you at no further cost.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Our goal is to make this process fast and easy.
As stated on our FAQs page, some mail centers are able to approve your 1583 form in-store, removing the need for a notary; however, if they do not, you are asked to use an online notary service to get your form notarized, for which you are charged a fee of $25. The use of the online notary helps to protect both you and your mail center from fraud.
