This company HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, their website has the song and dance and it seems great. But the only customer service they have is through the payment process. Once your a paying customer you WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM. Once you have an issue setting up your account even for the very first time Like i had they won't even respond to your emails, you post public questions noone says a word. You send emails you get absolutelty nothing. And low and behold you ask for a refund and... Noone responds. I got tthis to work for a few hours the very first time I signed up and that was it. Never again. I prepaid for the entire year to save some money becuase their site looks repurable and they say all the right things, they guarantee your money back if your not satisfied. Well good luck getting it back cause they wont spend a second even tell you to F*** o**. Save your money.
