I tried a 14-free trial offer, The product was very poor. I needed to use an Iqos-specific charger cable - not a usual android USB. So another cable to carry around. The amount of tobacco in each Heat is minimal. It doesn't 'heat' all the way through. It's more filter than tobacco. You've still got a butt you need to get rid of. I returned it. Got an email confirming that I had. Then got an email saying I'd bought another... tried Customer Services. All they said was 'Well our records show you have ordered another today from your account. Wait until it arrives, return it and we'll refund you in 10 days or so...' Rubbish.
