“Service Good, Support is rude and unhelpful”

I am an IT professional, who has used Iron WiFi for clients. The service is overall good. However getting its setup has been a nightmare with UniFi systems. The CEO Martin is very unhelpful, when we did a zoom meeting with him to discuss he was rolling his eyes at us the entire time, very unprofessional. Once you get it setup its great, but dont expect much help from them and they were very unprofessional and rude in most interactions.
