I had to wait on hold for a very long time BUT I'm so thankful for Mrs. Kilbore (badge number *******245). She was amazing and helped me with my issue! She was so kind, very patient and explained everything to me. She absolutely deserves a raise!

The a****** I talked To at the I, R, s, why is it? They all have to be such a freakin c********* The? The bottom line is, does everybody that works for the irs all just d********. It would be nice if you could just have a conversation with those people and discuss your issue without them analyzing you or thinking you're some kind of crook. Best regards if Trump is in office. He does away with the internal revenue will be the best day of our life. And I hope it's the worst day of yours. Cause now you're NOW unemployed.

They are unprofessional they keep telling me that they cant give me any information on my own taxes. They need to be more professional and be able to tell you what is going one especially when it's three week after it was mailed off, it is my money they cant just tell me no and not tell me anything they need to learn to give people the money they are owed and not make people go through h*** to get it!

The worst and most dishonest service in the world. It takes a week for them to answer the phone. When they answer they are completely lost and they pass on the buck to others. They keep the poors people money at this time of need. They are rude and cocky. They take advantage of the pandemic to cover their salaries with our money. Like me and wife. Thanks to pandemic have no jobs, all ready lost our cars, and will be homeless soon. In top, IRS stole our stimulus. And Biden looks the other way.

You can never get a live agent. And when you finally get through, they pretend like they cannot hear you. This agency is pitiful, sad, awful, and has lazy and rude workers! Shameful! Pitiful!

They don't answer be two hours on phone they just don't and when do they don't keep their word as we call you back and God thank God for chair still waiting stuff they said few months close to taxes again and nothing smh but God for bit you don't file they want to penalized you for all but they can screw you and be good with it because again call they wont freaking answer I swear they rip people off and get away with but again if you do can face jail time this word is something else now days is more of a damn joke

Makes DMV look like Disneyland. Made even worse since most of the more intelligent, agreeable people went on to IT, leaving all the simple-minded, uneducated, lowlife people to deal with clients directy. Should have signed up for Direct Deposit if I knew I would waste 6 months of my life talking to unprofessional, sub minimum wage mentality plebs giving contradictory information.

"If you're depending on the Government to help you out with a handout, you'll be waiting til you're old and grey, if it even comes" -- Truer words were never spoken.

I paid 7000.00 in taxes and got 33.00 dollars back. This is why folks from lower classes are voting for Trump. Thanks for nothing.

It's funny we're expected to pay our taxes on time but when we file our taxes and they take our money out of our paychecks we have to wait for them to send our money that we worked for while they sit on their butts it must be nice to make money off the blood sweat and tears of the people in this country there should be a demand that they should be open 24/7 until the people's hard-working money is returned to them.It's been about a month or more since we did our taxes and still haven't gotten a returns.

I call to verify my taxes return,,, and IRS only have a machine to answer your question and nobody to answer your question. So I still waiting for my tax return since March 2020. They have the worst system on the hole country,, just because they have to pay you back.

They will lead you to their call center and no one will talk to you. At the time that I'm writing this, I have been on hold for OVER AN TWO HOURS! I have yet to speak to a person after answering all their automated questions and giving them all my information. They are truly no help and a waste of time. And they wonder why so many people don't file taxes.

Just dont get why you all couldn't just let people call they info in now we have a horrible site that dont even work at all people with families and people who dont even have Bill's getting money before us with real responsibilities just never will understand this world

Never never never they answer the calls I call the appointment line, wait 1:45 minutes to get a real person, & they proceed to tell me they have to transfer me... to another dpt because i ask to operator if repeat id number and name

I cannot keep funding a criminal organization known as the "government" with my hard earned money, they only represent themselves and other criminals who are well off... 14 weeks and still no refund. And they can't tell me what's going on with it. I called for 2 weeks at the 7 week mark and finally got threw to someone on the 9th week for them to tell me it's being processed and I can't get any further info till the 10 week mark. So 10 weeks come I call and finally at 12 weeks I talk to someone for them to tell me its being processed and there is nothing more they can tell me. Now I just call 5-10 times a day. I WANT ANSWERS NOW! The f*** are you being paid for. God damn c*** mongrel pieces of $#*!! Give me my f***ing money or help me god you will never get another damn penny from me. I work under the table and go out of my F***ing way to pay your a**es that $#*! is gonna stop now. I'll keep my money from now on. 14 weeks for a damn refund is some stupid $#*!. Get your $#*! together!

I was on hold for two hours before someone came on the line. They claim I received the 3rd stimulus check on March 17,2021. Looked at my bank statements from that time and it is not there. When I claimed it on my Income Tax Refund. They took it away saying I already received it.

I find IRS website to be most reliable for all tax law changes and other updates related to my practice. Although i do get email alerts from various sites such as accounting today, etc but I make it a point to cross verify the same with the IRS website.

Must be nice to sit at a cubicle on your $#*! and get paid to just piss people off. They don't listen to your complaints, they just hang up on you when you start trying to explain your issue. They don't like you talking to them, they only want to say what they want to say and don't listen to a word when you try to explain what is going on.

Hope you have a mortgage, credit card & auto loan if you're trying to get anything online from the IRS. Im 22 (with an auto loan that they apparently don't recognize) so I don't have those yet & with the whole pandemic there's nobody on the phones For me to talk to. If you're like me & still trying to get your taxes done, I'd say we're SOL

Well the laws they follow plane usless dose not work too protect no one and they are lazy and will not be paying them when they try too get it from me i will say your in errors call back in three months then when they do im going to say i told you be paitent give it another 10 months your in errors department. Thats all i can tell you at this moment

Whomever the CSR with the last name Winley is, she's extremely disrespectful. I understand you have other people waiting on the phone, but DO NOT rush me off the phone and hang up on me because I have questions. You are fortunate, unlike others to have a job, so be mindful of that. People have questions and concerns and it is your job to answer them. It seems that every year, these representatives get more and more unprofessional.

I am homeless and also in need of medication and it just says "Still Being Processed". My refund has been held for 90 days and IRS agent can't even tell me what the error is? The tax advocate say they cannot help because the IRS will not even enter the return. I'm on the phone 5 hours and the IRS lady says it just says Unworkable and they have no idea when they will enter the return. Heartless and Cruel.

I called about my Stimulus check tonight, I talked to one man for an hour. He told me that he could not hear me on my phone. My phone is fine. It is new, and I have no problems with any other businesses. He said, 'Do you have me on speaker phone". Haha. I did not. So then he connects me to the IRS, I wait for 2 hours for her to say I cannot hear you, 'You must have me on speaker phone'. I said I Have been waiting for 3 hours to talk to someone. She said I cannot hear you, and you will have to call back. Rude customer service, and don't waste your time with them. I think they need more educated individuals working for the IRS in customer service. Just my feeling. What a farce. Customer service for what. To hang up on people.

I have gone to every area of the IRS website for help in obtaining my tax refund, which I mailed on March 25. The "Check my refund status" on the site tells me that they cannot provide any information about my refund. I have tried to call NUMEROUS phone numbers but cannot get away from automated systems and talk to a living person. I am extremely frustrated! If I file my taxes late and owe the IRS money, I get penalized for being late. It should work the same way for taxpayers that are owed money from the IRS.

Every year they try mailing my refund and it gets lost every time! Like are you serious?! It's my money and I need it now! And then you can't even get ahold of them because "they're too busy" are you joking me? Should I just not do my job too because "I'm too busy"? ‍
