I had to wait on hold for a very long time BUT I'm so thankful for Mrs. Kilbore (badge number *******245). She was amazing and helped me with my issue! She was so kind, very patient and explained everything to me. She absolutely deserves a raise!

The a****** I talked To at the I, R, s, why is it? They all have to be such a freakin c********* The? The bottom line is, does everybody that works for the irs all just d********. It would be nice if you could just have a conversation with those people and discuss your issue without them analyzing you or thinking you're some kind of crook. Best regards if Trump is in office. He does away with the internal revenue will be the best day of our life. And I hope it's the worst day of yours. Cause now you're NOW unemployed.

Man the IRS sucks... first I am on hold for an hour and a half and the lady the gets pissy with my questions and hangs up. Then I call 2nd time, on hold for an hour, (same department) and all of a sudden that same department can't help anymore, so I am currently on hold for another hour waiting to be connected to another department... tax payers are paying for this nonsense?

Ive done everything im supposed to trying to get stimulus checks. So far ive recieved a total of $600 in covid relief. Their phone service is a complete and utter joke. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Id like to add i dont believe anyone should get stimulus money, just open up our country! Seeing how youre giving our money to illegal aliens, i want mine!

They collect Taxes everyday, yet cant even be available to fulfill ANY duties and responsibilities as stated in their own Tax Payer Bill of Rights?! Local offices Closed due Con-rona Virus and telephone calls go unanswered and/or are dropped by Government Agents who get paid to do... nothing with extreme attitude and rudeness!

We pay in thousands of dollars in the form of Taxes but the website never update how much we have paid them with a check and how much online. They just want to collect with both hands means from the check and from the website too (double payment). They say we really don't know whether you have paid 10K through your check, but website says amount due 10K and we pay them again. It means we are paying the price for these blood suckers leaches mistakes. They are living on our tax money but are so lazy and dumb to update their own website, full of Dumbos in any.gov department, DMV, IRS, Amtrak, Buses or anything under them.

Irs.gov has the worst setup for receiving the stimulus package! I have 4 kids and I got laid off because of the coronavirus pandemic! I have no money I have no job I have no help from nobody! What the hell do I suppose to do?! I have not worked in a month I have no income but yet my bills is still due! If anyone knows anything to help my situation please feel free to comment. I have 4 kids without food and other items they need. Thanks in advance

I recieved a letter from the IRS and dialed the number of extension, an automated voice said wait time was 15-30 min (not bad considering the main number I usually dial says call volume is too high and to try another time) so I listen to some terrible elevator music for 22 mins and then it switched up and says please hold and plays different music then it says "your call cannot be completed" and hangs up. This is some serious bull$#*!

What other service organization in this country can get away with treating customers so badly?

I have been trying to find the status of my Amended Return that was received almost 11 months ago (IRS Web tool tells me to call *******582) and after going through 3 minutes of entering information, telling me when they receive my amended return, they say "Thank you for calling IRS" and hang up.

The only other number to call is *******040 which eventually takes you to the same menu of information adding and again hangs up.

I have written my Congressman and hope something can be done about this. The lack of IRS accountablity is unexceptable.

Last Wednesday April 14th, I called the IRS number *******040 with the hopes of resolving questions about my 2019 taxes. Although, I had filed my 2019 taxes on time, I had not received any information acknowledging my filing. After going through the lengthy steps to speak to a representative. The representative, Mr. Whitville answered the phone, he was very professional, courteous and answered my questions patiently. He truly made my day! This is the first time I have ever encounter a representative that was truly polite and not rude, I wish this person the best, he could truly train some of the others. Excellent job, well done!

It is a shame that these people are very slow and takes a lot of time. I spent an hour to get connected to a representative and then she asks me all the details and after that asks me to wait and doesn't respond and eventually I had to disconnect the line, I waited for her for 15minutes. This is sick

Received a call from the irs about my 3rd stimulus not received. I was told there is a programming issue and they have no idea when the error will be fixed. May not get my check until next year! If at all. She was able to tell me though she received HER 3RD STIMULUS CHECK! Such bull%$#@!

don't call the irs they just disconnect the calls every time big waste of time

I went through dozens of stupid phone menus only to not be able to reach a human whatsoever. Both their website and phone line are awfully designed, after going through phone menus for 20 minutes I was told they were too busy and I wasn't even put on hold instead I was just told to call another time. Tried to make an appointment at a center and again couldn't reach a human being, and again was told they were too busy to answer my call whatsoever.

The IRS is the most heartless company to audit someone before Christmas. Hard working people are struggling to pay their bills, most didn't get back any refund because of the tax changes and the IRS went back into poor people IRS taxes file to find things to audit before Christmas. I had to cancel my vacation after working hard for a year because the IRS audit me and I have to pay before Christmas. The people that work there, I hope one day, they'll get audited during the holidays and how it feels. They're cold!

Thge IRS needs to go away. Waited for almost two hours with lobby music same tune over and over, when I tried to help my daughter the lady said the call would be terminated, just had a general question about filiing two days late but when she found out my daughter had a German address the call was terminated within 30 seconds without the general question being answered. Rudness was unacceptable. She offered another phone number. Another two hours of lobby music? No thanks. Down with the IRS.

How can you be so greedy, take our taxes and money you say we "owe" by taxing that same dollar 4x then treat us like garbage and not process our returns, amendments or fix your mistakes. You've stayed employed and if you're so behind WORK WEEKENDS to catch up. WORK LONGER HOURS to catch up.
The system tells me to call and then you won't take the call or you get rude that I called because the system said to do so. You need to be shut down entirely and investigated. This entire system needs to be changed. You want money that you've taxed time and time again and then to monitor our transactions over 600.00 or accounts with 600.00 in them like savings. Get out of here with that mess.

Tip for consumers:
We need to have the entire IRS investigated and overhaul the entire system and government. We don't owe them anything they owe us.

I sat on the phone for one hour and 45 minutes for nothing. Was treated rudely and like I was an idiot. I called to clear up my taxes and tell them I owed, NEVER AGAIN! Place is a joke, people need to be fired and the system needs to be cleaned up!

I have been calling the IRS identity verification line for 7 months I have not being able to talk to anyone yet I still call every day it says the same thing over and over. I need my money they suck I have no other number to call

Filing my taxes this year has been horrible. I worked last year and no taxes were getting taken of my check. I complained to my job 3 times. They reviewed and couldn't figure out why. I filled out my tax paperwork correctly so my boss didn't understand why my taxes weren't being taken out of my check. Came to find out I wasn't the only one. Also other people I talked that worked for other companies had the same problem. IRS do your job. I'm sure you all get paid enough too. It's not fair that I have to do my job and the irs job too (making sure taxes are taken out of my check). That is your job not mine! That resulted in you all taking about all my income tax this year. Which has been delayed because my taxes were under review and I have to wait an extra 9 weeks to get my taxes. It taxes forever to get your incomes taxes. But it takes no time for you all to rip us off. Y'all are sad! Do better.

I dont know whos bright idea it was to hold peoples taxes with kids and earned income credit claims on taxes this year 2020 til the last minute to reveiw further but i think these people need there money faster then people who didnt claim kids and made over earned income credit bracket. And if i was late paying you (irs) 3 months that would codt me $300 but its ok for you to hild my 6 grand that long. Scum..

They feel and I think they are above everybody they have been weaponized by the communist left in our government if you go to some fast food restaurants if you look at their screen especially at Wendy's at the top of their screen it says IRS. For the information for the IRS my money is my money you have no freaking business knowing what I do with my money this is not a communist country you can take your IRS and shove it where the moon don't shine you're corrupt and you should be gotten rid of instead of going after people that you need to go after like Joe Biden and many other communist lefts in government they focus on destroying the lives of every day citizens

It's 7am on the dot and it says "Do to heavy call volume were unable to accept calls at this time try your call again later." Then the phone hangs up. The website is no help at all. Why can't you check the status about your 1st and 2and stimulus payment without making an account and all the other foolery.? SMH..

I am disabled yes but I try and manage. I am at a point where it angers me. Those who are still waiting, right now for the third stimulus payment it's ridiculous. It's almost the end of June 2021 any I have yet to receive it. I got the first and second payments with no problems. And to think all it takes is a push of a button. And trust me they are picking and choosing right now. I have checked that payment tool since March when third payments went out. My address, ss number, card number has not changed. I am around other disabled people on a daily and for some odd reason they have already gotten theirs. WOW! To all of a sudden disregard the people who really need it, is disgusting. I shouldn't have to call, I shouldn't have to check back numerous times! 1st and 2nd payments I got like everyone else why now does it take several months after the payments went out. AGAIN I SAY... AND QUOTE ME PLEASE... ALL IT TAKES IS A PUSH OF A BUTTON!

Be reminded being disabled does not make stupid. Let them know that you have a voice...

My family is very thankful to Mr. Samni-Akato. He proved that people with big heart work in IRS. We were having some issues with IRS for a few years, and no one could help us until we talked to him. He was able to help us in less than one hour with the problems that we were dealing for 3years. Thank you very much.

You take our money, you build infrastructure to take more of our money, when we tried to use said infrastructure to appease your unjust taxation, the products don't work. I get a notice in the mail to pay an unresolved balance of tax (that for some unjust reason you can charge further interest on) so I log into the site to setup a payment plan and oops that page don't work. So go to my Student loan service to update my payment plan and they say, we need to you update your tax information use this IRS tool to look up your information. I got to that tool on the IRS website, sorry this page don't work. I look up your number and can't get to any agents to help me either to pay directly. There is no option in your automated system and you are stuck in limbo. Ya'll want my money, you tell me I need to pay, I try to pay and your unavailable to take my money (in the meantime charging me more interest). You're infuriatingly inept. "You tell me that you need me, you tell me that you care but when I need you baby, you're never there."

I am not happy at all with the irs. I cannot get any answers from the internet from phone calls to the irs. All I het is the runaround about any questions I ask about my refund, my stimulus checks both 2nd & 3rd EIP. Get no answers or the ever famous "I don't know"answer from the irs employs. What good is the irs & why do we pay these people that work for the irs? Especially when no one helps you.The irs needs done away with!
