The a****** I talked To at the I, R, s, why is it? They all have to be such a freakin c********* The? The bottom line is, does everybody that works for the irs all just d********. It would be nice if you could just have a conversation with those people and discuss your issue without them analyzing you or thinking you're some kind of crook. Best regards if Trump is in office. He does away with the internal revenue will be the best day of our life. And I hope it's the worst day of yours. Cause now you're NOW unemployed.

I work hard all year long just for the IRS to hold my MONEY! The reps are rude and sound as if their reading from an script! We need answers and we need our MONEY. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Familys are losing their homes, cars ect. Please all we ask is that you release whats ours..

Well folks, when the news media hears about the UNAUTHORIZED Inadvertent Disclosure of Taxpayer Information that has been going on since Oct 2006, yep 2006 via the IVES (Income Verification Express System) of not hundreds, not thousands, but MILLIONS of taxpayer information disclosed to the WRONG UNAUTHORIZED party, then you know what is going to hit the fan.

ANYONE, can become an IVES participant through the IRS AND get taxpayer information on anyone they want. There IS NO verification process to become an IVES user and I KNOW that ALL the IVES users are scared to death about this becoming pubic.

Because, if it ever hits the news, the mortgage industry and credit agencies will be brought to a SCREECHING halt.

Freedom of Speach! It is our ONLY hope in this screwed up county.

Anytime you try to call they aren't accepting calls. You guys rob us blind so bad that you should be able to hire more workers for phones at least. IRS sucks and reform needs to happen within.

The IRS is the $#*!ing worst and they are a bunch of $#*!ing criminals who think they can verbally threaten to hold my checks cause THEY been sending letters to the wrong address for YEARS and it's my fault? They took my tax check and decided it wasn't enough and took my payroll checks and I'm probably gonna be homeless now. Called multiple times and each time I reached one hour it just hung up. 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE FOR $#*!ING NOTHING

Who are the tax masters that send out letters stating there were corrections made and x form/forms are not filled out correctly. When calling to get assistance on how to fill out or correct the form, all of a sudden no one from the IRS is capable of helping or my luck was that the people who answered my phone are just bodies to help with phone calls and are just trained to say make an appointment with you local IRS here's the phone number but I'm not sure or familiar with the prompts. When I worked as a representative of a company I was required to know what I was doing and know the systems so that my answer was never I DONT KNOW. The embarrassing part is that these people are government employees and that is who they represent. If they're so quick to say I DONT KNOW then transfer me why are the wait times so long?

The automated system that they have set up isn't user friendly, it's slow and outdated. It's extremely difficult to get a representative on the line. Even after you listen thru all the options they never give you the option to speak with a live representative. If the system can't recognize what you are trying to do it hangs up on you rather than giving you a solution or a recommendation to your problem. Option one is to check your status or if you have a question of your status but in reality it does answer any questions and they don't give you the option to speak with a rep to answer your questions. IT JUST ENDS THE CALL WITH OUT A SOLUTION.

I have been waiting on my Federal tax refund for almost a year now. Nobody can give me any information as to where it is & when I will receive. They hide behind this COVID-19 excuse. DO YOUR JOBS & GET PEOPLE THEIR MONEY OR STOP COLLECTING TAXES ALL TOGETHER. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. HOW CAN WE SUE THE IRS? THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM HUNTING PEOPLE DOWN AND RUINING THEIR LIVES WHEN THE GOVERNMENT THINKS (YES, THINKS) YOU OWE THEM MONEY BUT WHEN THEY OWE YOU THERE IS LITTLE RECOURSE AND THEY ARE NOT PUNISHED AND YOU GET NO INTEREST FOR HAVING TO WAIT... DO YOU DOUBT THIS? LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO STIMULUS AND ALL THOSE NOT RECEIVING FOR ELIGIBLE CHILDREN! WHAT DO THEY SAY? "YES, WE OWE YOU AND MAY PAY YOU NEXT YEAR"! OK... THEY NEED TO FIX THIS $#*! ITS A WHOLE PANDEMIC GOING ON AND THEY CANT ANWSER THEY PHONE. AFTER A CERTAIN EVERDAY AROUND 7 I call this one time I actually got to talk to someone then I had to find my information soon as I got it the phone dropped no call back or nothing. They need a better order of doing things and stop acting like people begging when it's our money like how many days do I have to wake up and try again tomorrow about just seeing why my information is saying incorrect when I try to check my refund it's ridiculous

Now there's a letter being mailed out that you need to verify your identity to receive your refund, even though it's already been over held due to the covid. If you don't respond by internet or by phone within 30 days, you won't get your refund. GET THIS! You can't register online"Information doesn't match. Try again in 24 hours" AND you can't speak to an agent. "ue to call volume, try again tomorrow". HA! THEY'RE TRYING TO STEAL PEOPLE'S REFUNDS THIS YEAR!

Time to embolism the irs and get someone in there that knows what they're doing. Every year it gets worse and worse. I think I'll stop paying this corrupt government to be slow corrupt and poking their nose in buisness not the USA problem. TAKE CARE OF AMERICANS FIRST AND STOP DRAGGING YOUR CORRUPT FEET PAY THE PEOPLE WHAT IS OWED IN A TIMLY MANNER. STOP USING EXCUSES THAT MAKE YOU LOOK CORRUPT AND STUPID.

The IRS doesn't care about the hardworking Americans that they tax every week and its $#*!ing complexing how its so easy for them to tax millions upon millions of Americans every pay check but yet so hard to get these same people the money they are owed fix this piece of $#*! company please!

Stupid me. Called to find out why my e-file was rejected. Called 3 times and at the hour mark my call was dropped. Will just mail the returns. Wasted my afternoon.

Why is it good people always get screwed over. I called the irs because I received a letter from trump but no stimulus check April 24th the date I was supposed to get it for me and my 2 kids they told me to wait 4 to 8 weeks which I did on the 8th week I called back the irs agent told me they have my credits in the account but the system wont Release it and it's no freeze code on it they dont know what's going it's nothing I did and it's not just me but also people around the world my question to the irs is if the system not working how are you going to deliver a second stimulus package l also was apart of the glitch that happened which caused them not to get my bank information I don't understand why this is happening but I trust in Jesus Christ.

It's hella sad how when you owe them it's no if and's BUTTS OR maybes to the process they're gonna get they're money BY ANY MEANS. But when it comes to us. It's a YR waiiiiiit! Like ppl have kids. It's now AUGUST 31st, 2021 and I have been fighting with the IRS since March for my refund! I STILL haven't gotten my 3rd stimulus, or child tax credit payments, and they just DON'T CARE! I ABSOLUTELY HATE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are impossible to get through to, and are rude once they do get on the phone. I guarantee if it were reversed and I owed the IRS money, they would be calling EVERY DAY to get it! They need to get their $#*! together, and get me my money so I can stop calling them!

Ms. Duran needs to be fired! Im so sick of getting her smart abswers with her smart mouth! Sge cuts you off before you can even get the questions out! I was on hold 3 hours TO BE HUNG UP ON! I COULDNT ASK HER ANYTHING SHE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF! THE IRS DOESNT CARE ABOUT NOTHING OR NOBODY! WE ARE JUST ANOTHER CALL TO THEM! IRS DO SOMETHING WITH THAT SMART MOUTH LADY! If you are trying to locate past year forms good luck. May times the document just cannot be located. This wasn't always the case the older site always had past year documents at the ready.

I've been robbed. I received an invoice for $467.57. I called to make a payment because their website wouldn't take credit card payments. Obviously because they're stealing from broke people. I talked to someone within 5 minutes who transferred my call to someone to collect a payment. After waiting on hold for 1hr45min the representative answered having some sort of title of money collecting just to tell me they don't collect payment over the phone but there's a number I can call to make a payment. I was on the phone with the payment center. They couldn't give me the phone number but said it's on the website. The same website that led me to their pointless time wasting phone number. After stealing nearly 2 hours of my time, I would love to be reimbursed for each hour of time they stole. Preferably to meet the wage requirements of $233.78 per hour. Their branch is useless and is taking money from less than free Americans in a quote " Free Country". Not so free when they're robbing us of not only money but time too.
Sincerely, an unhappy native of a broken system of government.

I have sat and waited every year on my refund have never had a problem with my taxes and never will but I hear ppl every year claiming the child tax credit just like I do and they get theirs back way before mine but I have to sit and wait and wait and wait on it and exspeclially since I filed ASAP like it said but still have to sit here and wait on the irs every year to get money I don't want the stimulus give me my tax check that I filed and quit messing around with it hit the button already to send it

Send me a a letter for a proposed amount owed because apparently I didn't file 2 w-2's. I called them to sort it out because I never received W-2's from these places. I got this cranky, crotch, $#*! on the phone operator number 100…she proceeded to speak to me in the most condescending tone…she spoke to me like I was supposed to to know exactly what she was taking about. I had never heard of the forms she was saying so when trying yo ask a question she said "you keep asking that and I keep telling you we don't need that form you need it for your records" so I kept asking her.on what is it I need to do then…she'd tell me and it sounded like I needed a w-2 so I asked again…so I just need a w-2 to prove they paid me? She said "No I already said no" so I said what are you talking about then I'm confused I've never seen…she start to talk over me….and she continues and I try to interrupt since she interrupted me I was saying "can I finish? Will you let me talk" over and over and she just kept talking over me. I finally yelled at her "WILL YOU LET ME TALK!" So she hung up on me! Bunch of crooks! And jerks!
