I purchased one item from this company in February 2013, making it clear from the start that I despise marketing and didn't want my personal info treated like a commodity. The jacket didn't work out and I ended up returning it. So that was the end of my business with ISAORA. Or so I thought. They ignored my privacy request and have continued to send me unsolicited e-mail marketing. I got another in November 2013. Then another in June 2019. The latest arrived this month, ELEVEN years after my first and only order with them and after MULTIPLE requests for them to stop. They won't stop because they are more motivated by greed than by customer satisfaction. Take my advice: Don't give them any of your personal information. Better to find businesses that don't steamroll over your privacy.
