“Poor quality”

I was really disappointed with the quality of the items. They were stretched and cream as opposed to white. When I asked about a refund I was told I must send the item back at my own cost and then only offered a store credit meanwhile ALL their products are 'crap'. Don't buy from Island Lace - cheapie crap.
