I Have made two purchases of trousers from iTailor so far and will be ordering some jeans next. Cannot speak highly enough of the service received. Quick delivery too. Picking the right style and detail was simple due to iTailor's well designed website, which functions really well and allows changes to be made quickly and easily. Choosing the right fabric took me a while because there is so much choice, but the site saves your measurements so reordering was pretty quick. I didn't necessarily expect to get a pair of very well made & perfectly fitting trousers online at a good price, but life is full of surprises!

There suits are made out of garbage materiale the measurements look like they were made not to fit (sadly i am not joking) realy do not buy just because its cheap or because they have a cool website you might as well take a garbage bag and add lapels... ITS NOT EVEN A SUIT its a garbage bag TRUST ME

I am built very muscular and therefore i never can buy a standard good fitting shirt.
Itailor helped me to get good fitting shirts in very high quality for a good price.

I needed a suit made for my daughter's wedding so I bought the same fabric from the wedding hire shop as the Groom, Groom's father and best man would be wearing because I didn't wont to hire one, I got in touch with Bob Co-Owner of itailor and explained my problem he reinsurance me that it wouldn't be a problem and told me to send the fabric and my details and he would make the suit, the communications was great and I got my suit on the 20/08/18 only 4 weeks from ordering it and it was perfect in every way and it had all the extras I asked for and that is why Bob is a true Gentleman. I can't thank you enough Bob THANK YOU.

I recently ordered a tuxedo from itailor. The first suit was sent to me has the worst fitting. It was too big almost fit twice of me. I reached out to customer service with photos and got their reply asking me to re-measure my size, I remeasured everything and the numbers were exactly the same as the numbers I initially put in. They said their production was correct and offered me to purchase a second suit with 50% off. It seems to be their protocol. I wasn't happy about it. I went online wrote a review and the co-owner Bob reached out to me right away and offered to fix the issue. He discussed with me and they made me a new tux that fits much better and shipped to me quicker than initially. I would give them more than 5 stars for Bob to save the day. He went above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. I wish it didn't take a negative review for them to fix the issue.
I appreciate Bob, definitely still recommend this company. The suit is worth it, it takes some work initially but they are willing to make it right.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure measure yourself correctly and let them know you don’t want your suit to be too large. They tent to make it much larger

In the past month I've ordered about 1,500$ of items from iTailor. After reordering items for my son and father that we finally managed to get close to fitting them correctly (reordered -- I paid for it), my (I'm the groom in what is shaping up to be a disaster since I don't have clothes for it, by the way) clothes don't even come close to fitting me. Seriously, even the shirt that I added an inch to the chest measurement taken by their directions puckers and pulls across my chest and shows off my nipples as if I were going to tear it off and start pole dancing. The waistcoat fits me like a tube sock and the buttons are just starting to pull if I exhale and hold my breath in that exhaled position. If I breathe, I look like a burst bratwurst -- this after adding an inch to the chest measurement.

I've spent so much money ordering and reordering trying to get things that fit for my damn wedding, and nearly 1,500$ into this and I still don't have clothes for my wedding which is 21 days away.

I'm so unbelievably disgusted with this entire experience, and I still don't have clothes I can wear for my wedding. My SO is... well, let's say she's stressed. Who wouldn't be?

Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else, or learn to sew and make it yourself.

Received my shirts sleeves too short took a week to send them pics.of one of my that fits
Just tell me i mesured wrong an they'll give 50% off next order? Now im stuck with two shirts tha don't fit. Never again

Measure a shirt that fits you and mesure it
Send the measurements or buy of buy off the rack and have It tailord you’ll save time and money

Sent the wrong size and from what other reviews say this is going to be a pain to fix, I triple-checked to make sure I entered all the information correctly and I did, this was their fault and it doesn't help all I ordered was a simple pair of pants! Mixed with the slow shipping times, I recommend not to buy from these guys...

Update: they said it was my fault but I shouldn't worry because they would give me a 50% discount... I will Email the Co-Owner, Bob, directly hopefully that will help, will update

Update Two: they agreed to send the correct measurements for free after I Emailed the Co-Owner so I will update to three stars.

Update Three: back down to one star. They asked me to delete my negative review when they sent the "fixed" pants, I said yes, BUT, they sent the wrong size again Good Grief.

Update Four: They sent a new pair of pants without me having to ask and said they would issue a full refund, I'll update once the new pants arrive

Update Five: they sent the correct measurements and the pants are what I wanted from the start, they are very comfortable and look nice. All's well that ends well.

UPDATE 6-20-18

After posting the below review, I received both phone and email communications from Bob, the co-owner of the company. My Paypal payment was refunded in full, and Bob also offered to make up an entirely new suit, free of charge, as a show of goodwill. (It's unfortunate that it took my posting a poor review to get a response, but I can say fairly certainly that the owners really care about the image of the company, and in that interest, they will fix any problems that arise in ordering from them.)

I ordered an iTailor suit for my upcoming wedding in hopes of having the same experience as so many others on these various review sites. I should have listened to my instincts: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I received my suit fairly promptly, and it was unacceptable right out of the box. As iTailor notes (DEEP into their terms & conditions), they add ~5 inches (!) to your jacket measurements so that you can just get it altered to fit (I'm a 41 chest and ordered as such--see the photos below). I wrote them to ask how to get my 80-euro alteration credit (and the swatch that I was promised would come with my order)--no reply.

Worse, the suit is nowhere near the color shown on the website. They will probably say it's a monitor issue, but it really is different enough to be a completely different product, and not what I ordered. (Photos below.)

After enough frustration and no reply, I wrote to ask for a refund. I got a response within 48 hours (hooray!) that they would be back to me within 24-48 hours (also hooray!) with a "fair and amicable solution".

After a week, I had not heard from them, and wrote again asking when I would hear. I still have not.

So in the end: I have a suit that is the wrong color, fitted in the jacket for someone twice my size, with shoulderpads (like, what?), and no alteration credit to get it fixed to, oh, I don't know, the measurements I ordered it in? And no word from this supposedly friendly company.

Don't waste your money.

Newest update:
Received suit and it fits much better than the first and is better material, looks like what I originally thought for this suit. Thank you so much for all your help.
This is an update on the suit buying experience, the co-owner contacted me and said the would resize and try again free of charge and get a suit to me ASAP, have bumped up my review to 3 stars until I receive said suit as promised. But he did apologize and was very mindful of keeping the customer happy, once I receive the new suit I will update this post.
Past review:
Ordered a lower end suit from this company for a wedding, thought that it would be nice to have a custom fit suit for once, no thank you. What I received, I would have been better off to get some hand me downs from the goodwill. I measured myself the way described in the instructions, got my suit in and tried it on, not even close. The waist was the closest thing to my size and was still a size to big. The pants were too short and you couldn't walk without the backside being very uncomfortable. I ordered a standard pant leg, I guess standard is now very, very oversized. I normally can't get my legs in slim but slims would probably fit much better. The jacket had some of the same issues. Emailed the company and they wanted pictures to prove what I said, so I put suit on and sent in pictures. Now we want 47 more pictures with measurements and also sized with another suit I wear. Okay, I started sending in an email and just said forget it it wasn't worth the time for nothing. Their response, well it isn't a production issue so we will give you 50% off you next suit and try again... ha no I think not. My tailor said there was no way this suit was made to my specs. But it's fine, I have heard good things about their shirts and pants but I don't think I will risk it.

I ordered a shirt with a 16.5 inch neck. The one I received is 17 inches. I submitted multiple complaints and have recieved no response.

Paid $600 for a custom made suit for my wedding. It was way too big so couldn't be worn, they promised a new suit but never sent it.

After 9 months I have finally decided to give up. Money down the drain...

I bought a suit, which was delivered, but the measurements were wrong and the suit had a really weird shape. After a lot of negotiations they finally decided that they are willing to re-make the jacket - that took 1.5 month of negotiating.

I sent them all my measurements again, in fact they asked me to send them the exact measurements of the jacket itself, which I did. Then I did not hear anything for another 2.5 months, but after several reminders I got this:

"Thank you for your kind patience. Your remake jacket is now in it's final stages of production. We are extremely sorry for the delay as it required a final alteration due to a mistake in our factory. However, please be assured that it will be dispatched from our factory within the next 7 days." Another 2 months passed, during which I sent several reminders that were never replied. Finally I received:

"We are writing in reference to your ordered jacket. Due to an apparent production error, your product did not pass our quality control department and required a remake. Unfortunately, the fabric that you have initially selected has been out of stock and we tried our best to find the replacement fabric but weren't able to. Due to this serious oversight, if you allow us another chance, we would like to offer you with a complete 1 Free suit voucher."

Fine! Let's do that and finally get this over with. The message did not include any voucher, or procedure how to order the free suit, so I asked them. Until today (2 months later) they never replied even after several reminders, including the use of an alternative e-mail address and the webform (to be sure they received my message). I also checked my online account at iTailor to make sure that hadn't dropped a gift card in there without telling me, but that was also not the case.

2 weeks ago I've informed them that I had finally ran out of patience and that I expected them to reimburse the full amount for the suit. Guess what? No money, no reply...

My advice: don't even open their webpage!
