THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Do NOT order anything from here. Their jewelry is fake garbage and they refuse to take returns. STAY AWAY!

We had these rings ordered 4-2019. Stone fell of of one ring about 4months after purchase, did not get around to sending it back or notifying Italo. Then the other ring completely tarnished. Their warranty does not mean anything. I requested a total refund. We felt at this point why put more money into a poor quality product. THEY refuse to refund us. They first started out y saying since we had them over most of the year, we could pay 120.00 and mail them back for repair. I refused, still asking as a consumer for a refund. Then they said repair at 80.00, then next reply was 60.00, we still requested a refund. Their final resolution was we could pay 40.00 for shipping them back for repair. They do not have good reviews with BBB. They are not accredited with the BBB. My advice is to buy local from a reputable retail such as Macy's or Dillards. They try to make it easy on the consumer. I did not expect the rings to last a life time due to the price. I have bought sterling silver jewelry from Macys that I have had for years that has been worn frequently and still looks good. You can't use a sliver cleaner on these rings and expect to restore their shine like most sterling silver pieces. It's just a waste of money. Better to at least invest in a 14k gold setting with a cz stone if you are looking not to spend a fortune on an engagement ring. Take your money and put a little more with it and don't buy the products from Italo, but buy real sterling silver or silver that is 14k gold. It will last a life time. As a consumer that bought poor quality, and it has been less than one year, I should have been able to get a total refund.

I bough a BEAUTIFUL ring on Italo Jewelry's website. The relation cost-quality is absolutely the best on the market. I would buy them again.

FIRST HUGE RED FLAG:
We purchased a Bridal Set from Italo on May 19th, 2019 Via the PayPal link they use -paying extra for 3-5 business day shipping and the rings arrived May 30th. Our wedding is June 8th.

SECOND HUGE RED FLAG:
The rings are dull in luster and markedly, poor in quality. We went to the jewelry store to pick up my husbands rings on June 1st and brought the Italo rings with us. The jeweler offered to have them tested in front of us to confirm if they were in indeed White Sapphires. THEY WERE NOT! They are Cubic Zirconia.

False advertising per Italo! Shame on them! You could buy a beautiful CZ bridal set on Amazon, in Nordstroms, Macy's (so on...) for $30-$60.00. We liked the idea of White Sapphires - conflict free if you would.

I began writing them to return and a "Lucy " in Customer Service began with the run around to accept return. I sent pictures and live video of the box in pristine condition, the ring with tag and all its paperwork, and packaging in tack.

I am returning the rings via FedEx with signature required to an address they provided: ITALO JEWELRY INC 5650 GRACE PL, COMMERCE, CA *******, USA.
What remains to be seen is if they process our refund. I've read horror stories on the BBB site and Rip-Off Report.

Your wedding and the time before it is so important. This is ridiculous. Integrity in business and professional honesty and getting what you pay for are not in Italo Jewelry priorities!

Ich habe bereits das dritte Mal bei Italo bestellt. Das erste Mal war ich verwundert als nach über drei Wochen immer noch keine Bestellung da war, ich schrieb den Kundenservice über Instagram an und mein Schmuck war innerhalb einer Woche mit FedEx da. Da der Schmuck wirklich schön und gut verarbeitet ist habe ich nochmals zwei Bestellungen getätigt. Auch diesmal wieder sehr viel längere Lieferzeit als angegeben. Ich wurde von Mal zu Mal vertröstet und habe fast 5wochen warten müssen, da ich ja kostenlosen Versand gewählt habe hiess es. Diesmal wurde auch nicht mit FedEx sondern mit der Post gesendet. Obwohl ich auch bei meiner ersten Bestellung kostenlosen Versand gewählt habe.
Der Schmuck ist wirklich funkelnd und sehr schön verarbeitet. Leider war mir ein Armband viel zu groß und hat überhaupt nicht meiner bestellten Größe entsprochen. Ich habe von anderen Kunden erfahre, das zwar Garantie und Umtausch angeboten wird aber das es sehr umständlich ist und man die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen muss. So habe ich mich entschieden es beim Juwelier auf eigene Kosten kürzen zu lassen. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man nicht die Größe erhält die man bestellt hat.
Bei einem paar Ohringe fehlt der Verschluss. Hab ihn mit einem anderen den ich habe ersetzt.
Ich habe wirklich bei jeder einzelnen Bestellung mehrere Hundert Dollar bezahlt, und der Schmuck ist auch wirklich sehr schön funkelnd. Aber da darf das eben nicht passieren das ein Verschluss fehlt und man ein viel zu größere Armband erhält. Sehr schade, da ich jetzt nochmal einiges fürs ändern bezahlen muss.
