Got this for my wife because she does not want to here her real wedding ring to the barn. She loves it. Her friends think it is real. Best of all it was sheep. I also got the warranty with it. My wife is hard on her hands at the barn. It has stood up for 3 months and counting with out any problems.

The communication was amazing, got a reply right away. The seller was super nice and helped out with everything. The products arrived very quickly and they were wonderful. I totally recommend this.

I have been writing them every day for the past 3 months for them to replace the ring I purchased for my wife and I Anniversary. They have been ignoring my emails then at the 3 month mark they tell me I cannot get my money back for a ring they sent me that was broken. I sent pictures detailed ones at that. To show them that the ring came broken. I sent them my order receipts as well. They have been telling me the replacement has been in transit for 2 1/2 months now. I will make sure that everyone know that they don't put customers first after they take your money. $200.00 down the drain in this time of havoc and chaos. All I wanted to do was make sure our Anniversary was a great one even during Quarantine.

DO NOT BUY! These reviews are all fake! You can tell by the broken English and the stuff they say "not a scam, fast service" all lies. The shipping is not fast, they are based in China. Plus, the rings are fake! They claim they sell sterling silver and the ring I purchased is not real sterling silver. I took it to two jewelers who confirmed this. I tried getting my money back and they refuse to give it back. They keep offering me an exchange to stall time. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Now I have to fight this case with PayPal cause this company is a fraud. They promise you 30 day money back guarantee but it's fake. All they do is offer "alternatives" and want to exchange the ring and will not give you your money back. Trust me, go buy from a better company like Brilliant earth or some other company.

Website clearly states 30 day return policy for any reason. They refuse to provide return information, and keep giving excuses for why they cannot even give me the return address. Terrible company, terrible service, and a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you will find much better jewelry for lower cost elsewhere. And you will deal with a real company who stands by the promises they make.

You can't track your item until it gets in the United States so you really don't know if it's a scam or not until it's being delivered. Their customer service sucks I have texted their Facebook which is what they said is the fastest as far as response time but the damn message didn't even deliver I've sent numerous emails to them regarding the 30 day return policy which is almost up in 2 weeks and I have got no response. You can't even sent the ring back until they confirm that you're even allowed to send it and tell you how to ship it back. Then you have to pay a fee just to ship it back to them even if you paid the first time for fast shipping I wouldn't recommend this site if you're unsure of the ring size because at this point I have waste money and I am very upset!

I got this ring as a replacement for a lost wedding set! It is amazing, it looks real and I have received several comments on how beautiful it is, at this point don't think I will be buying the real thing anymore.

I purchased a ring for 155. It was nothing like the picture so I exchanged it. I should have been given an exchange refund because the second ring was cheaper than the first. They are not going to give me that refund because that is for restocking they said. And now they won't let me return the second ring that is also crap. Do not buy from this company. They are in China.

If I could rate you 0, I woud! I do not know how this company stays in business. They are refusing my refund and it is within the 30 days. They have horrible customer service skills and they truly do not care about their customers regardless of others reviews. Of course if you love what they provide, then you do not have to speak to them on the phone but if you would like to return something, they completely shun you and do not want anything to do with you. Horrible service,. This business will flop in the coming of years.

Feeling glad to get the product i ordered. The service provided by the business is highly appreciable as i got the ring in a few days. The material of the ring is very pure and i am pleased that i selected this site for buying my jewelry items. It looked more stunning than in the picture. This company is a joke. The ring doesn't sparkle. Lost a stone as soon as it arrived. I returned the ring AND paid for return shipping and Italo deducted -$10 from my refund for the initial shipping cost charged. This is a joke. Never have I ever waited 25 days for a something just to be charged the 'free' shipping cost.

If you have real diamonds, there is no way you can be happy with this products. Secondly, they made it near impossible for me to return the right. The claim to have refund me Aug 24th but here i am Sept 18th and i still havent seen my money back. They are liars and their products are misrepresented. Do not buy from them

Shopping for the ring and diamond was intuitive. Once I made my selection from here I was really happy with the product I received. Loved the experience and education that was provided. I love how my ring sparkles and feels. The ring and setting were perfect and they were even able to accommodate my shorter deadline. I could not be more appreciative. The setting is beautiful, the stones look great and it has some nice weight to it as well. All in all the experience was great with no issues. I will say that the box it comes in, not the ring box but the actual box that holds everything including the paperwork, is well designed. I could not imagine going anywhere else to purchase jewelry and would recommend italo jewelry.

I tried returning a ring in which after about 10 emails and going back and forth and then staying stuff and going back on what they typed and on their word they did not honor the return. They also lied about having a tag on the ring which there was none preventing a refund. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Italo jewellery provides outstanding service and it helped me to choose a simple but elegant and stunning necklace for a party. This company never indicate on their page that the merchandise come from China. They indicate you can return it any item on the first 30 days but how you can return something to the other side of the world. I paid a $159 for a ring and be waiting for a few weeks and nothing yet. When you pay this type a money for a ring you expect to receive in a reasonable time. Also, they send you a tracking number but can't get any track info from that number. Don't buy from this people.

I was sorely disappointed in the ring I ordered. It does not look real, not like the photo on their web site. I tried to return. They want $$$ to return it. So I said, let me exchange it. That's even more $$$. Don't buy unless you are absolutely positive you are going to like it!

Ordered earrings and after a long wait one of the earrings will not stay closed. Contacted the company for return and they want me to make a video of the problem. Slow, difficult communication and poor quality control.

I was charged and never received a ring/gift I purchased for my wife for Christmas. Italo said it was shipped on December 15,2018 and still have not received it. Im very disappointed and so is she that she didn't receive her Christmas gift.
