LOVE THIS RING SET! I just recently got engaged and we really can't afford an expensive ring so I decided on this one. Let me tell you, it does not disappoint. Nobody can tell that it isn't real diamonds unless I tell them. I have had no issue with stones falling out. And it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Absolutely love and will buy again.

Don't buy from these people! This is not a real company of fine jewelry. Located in china!
The ring I ordered didn't look like the one in the picture, the quality was very poor looked like plastic. I sent out an email that I wanted to return the ring same day I received it. They take forever to reply, it took a month of emails before they agreed I return the item and gave me the address to which I should send it.
They deduct 10$ from shipping to you and when you ship back you also pay from your own pocket!

DO NOT order from this company. Complete fraud. They will NOT return or exchange your product. For 6 weeks now they have been making excuses why they cannot return my product. They are a scam! Buyer BEWARE! Cheap Chinese jewelry, its awful!

Don't waste your money! I agree with other reviews buy from qvc better price way better quality. This company I sent pictures side by side of what they advertise vs what I received and they still won't refund my money. Stay far far away from this company. Product is so bad my 6yr old granddaughter doesn't even want it

The eternity band that I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. Quality is amazing and shipping was quick. Will definitely be ordering again from this company. Also the customer service is awesome, very quick at responding

The piece was just as beautiful as it was shown on the site and met the quality of standard describe. However, it took so long to arrive to me, but customer service readily responded and gave me an update on my shipment I would shop with them again, only in advance.

Be aware! If you decide to return your parcel, they will deduct their shipping cost to you. In my case it was $20, although it said that the shipping was free. They shipped it via HDL, that I never asked for. Be careful.

Awful customer service! I returned a ring and did NOT receive a refund. Months of communication. This seems to be the most underhanded business. Shop Ítalo Jewelry at your own peril. I've never experienced a worse shopping experience.

I am impressed with the website of italojewelry and their offerings, from rings to necklaces. Several points that transmit confidence, are the 30 days return, free shipping and what is important for me one year warranty. Would recommend. Keep up the good job

I ordered earring on Nov. 7, today is Dec. 10, but I still don't received my order.
First they didn't do anything for 2 weeks, so I contact with them and they said they gonna ship. After few days, finally I got shipping information by email. It was 2 weeks ago, I still don't get it.

Horrible customer service. Took 3 weeks for my item to arrive. Was not at all as described so I wanted to return it. I followed their return process exactly and they ignored me. I requested an RMA four times. Finally they sent me a vague email full of misspellings that contained no RMA number. I repackaged my items exactly as they had come, returned them using USPS priority mail with tracking (as requested) and then never heard anything from Italo. No refund, no communication. Again, I started emailing their "customer service" address and after sending three messages and waiting a week, I was told that unless I could provide a tracking number they could not process my refund. No legitimate business operates this way. Italo is a Chinese scam selling cheap glass. Avoid at all costs.

You get what you pay for, but these rings, for fake ones, aren't cheap. You can get the same quality on amazon for 20 bucks. Forget about returning it, you'll be paying more for that than the item itself. I really was hoping these were better quality, but they are absolutely awful and look nothing like their web site. A total disappointment. I'd be happy if one person read this review and decided to spend their money elsewhere. Total junk.

This company is faulty in there advertising on there men's rings. I ordered on for my husband and they said it was titanium and he is not allergic to that but it turned his fingers black and then the ring went brown in color instead of silver. Now they are refusing to give me my money back and claim it was a custom item. I would not recommend this company to any one that wants a ring for any reason

Unsure if anyone who posts a positive comment has ever seen a real white sapphire or a diamond. This Hong Kong made and manufactured product has zero refraction or sparkle. A CZ has better appearance. With an exchange rate of almost 7 yen per 1 dollar, you surely could improve quality or drop the price.

I sent the items back within their return policy. I have never received my refund. I am currently speaking with the BBB regarding this company. There are other reputable online companies besides Italo to choose from.

Ordered a ring from this Hong Kong based website and USPS tracking shows it never made it past US Customs. It was weeks past delivery date, so I contacted Customer Service 3 different times. Each time, they only kept asking me to please waiting longer. I finally just requested a full refund, and they refused. Said it was not their fault so a refund is not an option. So I guess to this company, the customer should pay for a product that was never received.
They first offered to send me another ring as long as I paid for it. What! I didn't receive the first ring I ordered! Why would I pay for a second? THEN they reluctantly offered to send me one for free, but it would arrive FOUR MONTHS after I placed my first order. As I was not ok with either of these options, I asked for a full refund, and they said I could dispute my credit card company but they won't issue a refund to me. This company lacks all common sense and business sense. Buyer Beware as you will lose your money.

I lost the diamond from my wedding ring. I wanted something to wear until mine is repaired. It is way too big and now I cannot get them to respond to my emails. Of course, they are in China! Not happy!

Buying a ring from Italo was an unforgettable experience for me. Everything came in good condition and the ring looks so classy when I opened it from the package. I never expected such a quality ring would be sold at such a cheap price when it was delivered. I thought it would fade after some time, but it has been looking beautiful like the day I bought: super-quality it is indeed.

Italo Jewelry is a scam company. From broken jewelry, to painted beads being described as pearls, to horrible, horrible customer service…AVOID THIS COMPANY! A picture is worth a thousand words…SEE BELOW! That's Italo's version of a pearl band ring after 8 months, rarely worn! Spread the word about this company…I surely will continue on every forum possible!

With the reasonable prices, my first concern was quality. I wanted something nice to give my mom for her birthday, but I didn't want to empty my bank account to do it. My friend recommended Italo and I found a lot of great options but I was also kind of lost. I spoke with customer service and they were able to help me pick something that my mom would love but was also in my budget. Thanks guys!

I was looking at the site, put something in my cart to see discount, reviews & shipping costs. Before I finished the site submitted and charged me to pay-pal. I don't use PayPal and I was just looking. I have written 25 times, called 3 times and am being ignored. My bank is looking into fraud.
