The ones I have given 5 stars to are the only items I have received this whole company is a sham, poor customer service team, awful service the whole thing is shocking.

The products are in great shape and quality. The service is great and delivery time was just great

This company asked for a picture of my debit card and passport to verify my purchase, I declined and asked for a refund, still waiting for the refund

Extremely poor quality of products and excessive delivery time, three weeks

I was looking forward to receiving the ‘chunky knit jumper' but instead I got a very thin jumper that looked nothing like the picture. If it wasn't such a pain to return I'd do it.

I placed my order last month for a few dresses for a trip in 3 weeks yet my order hasn't been sent yet. It has been at least 4 weeks, if not longer! Last time I checked the other day, it said it was still waiting for pick up at the original place of shipment. I will NEVER order from this site again and I also will NEVER recommend anyone to use this site EVER!

I received a confirmation of my order and I haven't heard anything since! I haven't received my item and I'm very disappointed with the service I have received.

I have not received my blouse yet and am still waiting somehow can I give a good reveiwv

Ordered 2 items, notified of shipment the next day. 2 days later I get an email saying that 1 item was out of stock & would be restocked & shipped in 3-5 business days. Contacted them after 5 business days & told to wait another 3 business days, so I looked online & apparently the item is back in stock. Waited 3 more business days & still no change. So I requested a refund. I was told they would issue a full refund & they asked me to confirm total payment. They then tell me they won't issue a full refund because the item they did ship was delivered. If I want a full refund I have to return the item at my expense. Delivery happened 2 days prior to this email response. Their customer service is a joke. They have copy paste replies & don't actually look at the issue. No reason as to why they couldn't manage to ship out my back order either.

I have not received my jeans despite contacting you to find out where they are?
I want a refund or the jeans in the next 4 days or I will take this further

Delivery took longer than usual but given the current circumstances I wasn't in a huge rush to wear them anywhere!

Product arrived and is nothing like in the picture. Much cheaper looking especially considering the price. Very decieving

Tried using the website to contact you and find out about my order with no success and had no response... spent a lot of money and taken from my account straight away and no idea where or when my order will be delivered... hoping its going to be soon time is marching on...

A long wait for a product to be delivered, only to find that the quality is worse than you find on a children's dress up costume. The sizing is all over the place and as stated in the title it is utter $#*!e.

Have been waiting a very long time for an order with only 1 update saying a couple of days late but still waiting.

Top was faulty and very poor quality. When asked for refund I was told I would have to pay for return delivery. Delivery to me and return cost more than the top!

I ORDERED A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE

Followed all guidelines - even sized up on a few items and they were still too small

Everything was way too big even though I went by size chart. Need to buy much smaller size.
