I called the hotel number to make a reservation and was funneled to this service. After I negotiated price, this company added $12.22 in taxes and another $17.99 fee to make the reservation. They never told me what the taxes or fee would be upfront. Very non-transparent. Stick with hotels.com or Booking.co
You won't regret it and will save yourself money. They have the word "jabber" in their name because they're good at jabbing!
