Jack Wallander built a retaining wall for my home on Lake of the Ozarks. I paid about $9000 for the wall. The wall is about 8 feet tall. Within 3 months after completion of the wall, it cracked from top to bottom. The crack continues to get worse and is about 3/8 inch wide. Water seeps through the crack so it will continue to get worse as the water freezes in the winter. In addition, the wall was supposed to be tinted a light red. Instead, the wall is multiple colors. To add to the horrible look (my neighbors laugh at how bad the wall looks), Jack left gray concrete on the forms when he poured the wall. So the wall has ugly gray patches all over it. The wall is an embarrassment. Jack never bothered to even try to fix it. Instead, he just ignored it. The wall is 14 months old. Jack has done nothing and I am not even confident he came out to view the wall. I am told he scrimped on the rebar- thus the crack. Kustom Concrete has treated me very unprofessional.
