I was shocked at the poor quality and mostly the toxic chemical smell of the so called leather. It felt like plastic and the workmanship was substandard at best. The threading was tearing the seams, the lining was exposed and it looked as if a 8 year old painted it. The paint was splattered all over the coat.
Never again will I be fooled by at his bogus company. Take your money for a product they know you will never want them refuse to give it back. What a scam they have going. I really wish I took pictures before I threw it away! Along with 400$.

Purchased a leather jacket and the color didn't match the picture online so I returned it for a refund. The problem is they didn't give me the money back. I contacted them several times and I was told by Linda that it would be refunded in a couple days. It's been around 6 weeks and still no refund. My opinion is to stay away from James Leather my experience ended up costing me over $200.

According to their return policy it shouldn't have been an issue when returning an item as long as you follow the instructions they give you which I did everything they told me to do and contacted them several times after not receiving a refund. Linda assured me that I would get my refund in a couple days. Still no refund so I would contact them again and they would tell me the same thing. It's been 6 weeks and still haven't been refunded. I'm out of $200.

I purchased 3 leather duffel bags as gifts. They showed up balled up in tightly wrapped plastic, in a broken box. When i opened the plastic, i almost passed out from fumes, not the lovely smell of leather. The staining is badly done, and its day 3 of airing them out. Worst ever.
Like many of you, for good reason, I am skeptical and thus anxious about on-line pictures of advertised products. Well, you can relax. What they show you is what you get. The bag I ordered arrived quickly and I was pleased to see the quality of the bag is excellent. The thickness of the goat leather is substantial and the stitching
on the bag is straight and precise. My initial thought was that this bag will last a very long time and will look better and better as the scuffs and stains acquired in travel add to the original "patina". So, if Covid ever permits us to travel, for either business or pleasure or simply on a daily basis, one of these bags will be great to carry. NOTE: For shipping purposes, the bag arrives tightly folded and will require some use for the wrinkles to disappear. IDEA: I haven't done this but I think it might work. First, stuff the bag fully with old clothes, towels or plastic bags stuffed with newspaper. Then hang the bag in a steamy bathroom as close to the steam source
( shower curtain rod?) as possible for 20-30 minutes. Allow the bag to dry for 2-4 hours; remove the stuffing and check the results. You may need to repeat this process. If you try this before I do, please post the results and let us know how well it worked

I have made a huge mistake ordering from this company. I was sold on slick looking motorcycle jacket on their website.
First red flag - product shipped by DHL from Pakistan address.
Second red flag - package. Product arrived in DHL envelope wrapped around by scotch (like full out wrapped). Inside the Jacket wrapped in some sort of wrapping paper. So not a plastic bag with a label.
Third red flag - item looks nothing like what is in the web site photo. Yes it is a leather jacket that likely looks OK from 20 feet. But it is cheaply made, reeks of paint and the leather is flimsy (I can compare, I have Alpinestar full grain leather motorcycle jacket made in Viet-Nam. It is by leaps and bounds better made than this flimsy garment from JamesLeather).
Fourth red flag - no care instructions label, no label stating materials, no label stating where it is made. In fact not a single label I recall.
Fifth red flag - zipper and buttons are generic plain items (no manufacturer stamp on either. It is not even a YKK zipper!).
Sixth red flag - it took a lot of back and fourth trying to ship it back for refund. Finally they gave me some residential address (I checked in google maps) somewhere in New York State where I was supposed to ship the jacket which I promptly did. I got refunded about 2 months later. I lost on shipping and I will never deal with this "company" and I do recommend to everybody to stay away from it as far as possible and buy from established reputable suppliers (for 6 times the price, yes, but I would pay 6 fold than wear the garbage Jamesleather sells).
To conclude - this is some shady dropshipping company sending their inferior goods from some sweatshop factories in Pakistan. They have a slick website and this is the only thing that they have going for them.
