I purchased 3 purses for gifts and upon receipt of them, I decided to return one. They publish on their website you can return any unused non personalized item for a refund. I have requested three times for a refund and sent them a screen shot of their own return policy. All three requests were denied. This is an awful business practice. As you can see below, the purse was not monogrammed or personalized in any way.
Tip for consumers:
Take special notice of the placement of the handles on the purses. Some of the designs are covered up by this.
