I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
I've sent three emails which they say I have to do before I return an item. They never responded now I'm out $65.00 I'm not happy and I will never use them
So I ordered a mama bird nest necklace on 11/9 which I received on 12/02. This was supposed to be for my mother for her birthday which was on 11/30. Besides the fact that it took over three weeks for me to receive my order, the necklace did not have a silver bird attached to the nest like the pictures and description said it would have. I never write bad reviews ever but I don't want anyone else going through what I went through. This was a special present for my mother and then I got to order late and then to make it worse it wasn't even right. I emailed the "seller" since even though Jane sold me the necklace, they don't want to be responsible for anything. I have not heard back from the seller of course so I sent a huge message to Jane.com support and hope they will at least email me back. Please be careful and if you were thinking about buying anything I strongly suggest that you screenshot the item they are trying to sell you and reach out to the seller first and make sure that you were getting exactly what they are advertising before you buy anything. My family loss of my brother suddenly and this was supposed to be a special gift to my mother but instead it has turned into a nightmare.
The site has a lot of cute items and amazing prices, but I'm not able to actually scroll through since the page constantly reload every 5 seconds and takes me back to the top of the page.
I love shopping at Jane.com. The prices are great and the items are extremely unique. I have only had one problem with an item that arrived damaged and the vendor handled the situation immediately.
They happily took my money for a tunic, then a week and a half later send me an email that says "Hey... oopps... sorry... we can't fulfill your order! But you will get your money back soon!" REALLY?! You keep my money for all that time, send me a BS tracking number and can't fulfill my order? STAY AWAY FROM FANCY FRILLS BOUTIQUE ON JANE.COM OR ANYWHERE
Customer service refuses to respond! Contacted them about an order I hadn't received and no response. Contacted them on email, fb messenger, and fb page and was just ignored.

I often buy from Jane. Recently, I bought a beautiful dress, but wasn't flattering on me. Customer service was excellent on my return and I received my refund within 5 days.
Bought dress paid on PayPal, it was damaged after much drama they sent return label and got dress back but I lost case they said it was not received, the liars and thieves

I've ordered a couple of times with Jane.com. The first time I didn't notice the cost of shipping until after I had submitted the order. I ordered 7 little t-shirts and the shipping charge was $15! I own my own business and I know how much shipping cost. This was an overcharge for certain. I tried to get them to reduce the shipping charge, to no avail. They refused! They blamed the store (Beadsbee) and the store blamed Jane. Nothing was ever done.
Today I was about to place another order for 17 small tees and I stopped because they were going to charge me $30 for shipping! Unbelievable! I promise the shipping cost on that would be about $5, no more. I tried to get them to lower the shipping charge, but both the store (White Plum) and Jane refused.
I explained to them that this is deceptive marketing. I would rather pay more per item and then get a normal shipping charge. Rather than, think I'm getting a good deal and then get taken in the end with an astronomical shipping charge... Bad Business!
I won't shop there again.
They immediately took my money but so far no package no email acknowledging my order. I called-no answer. I wrote-no answer. I'm thinking about reporting them. I feel robbed and scammed.

Jane is fine but the company SO KALI on Jane is AWFUL! Horrible customer service and I bought 2 blankets for 80 dollars. There is inked smeared all over and they say it's a normal defect!
At first I was a little hesitant to order from them because I had never heard about them before and the deal seemed too good to be true. But I ordered anyway and I figured it wouldn't be too big of a deal if my product never came cause it only cost me like $15. Well about 2 weeks went by and my mom had gotten hers (she also ordered the same eyeshadow set that I had, different colors though) I figured mine would come soon. Another week came by and it still hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service who was EXTREMELY quick to reply, they let me know that one of their shipments had gone missing, which normally that would seem a bit sketchy, but little did I know when I was placing my order, that I was going to receive the same fancy eyeshadow pallette that they sell in nice makeup stores that cost $54 for only $16! Anyhow, they quickly replied, let me know how soon I should expect a replacement one to ship out and that I would be getting a free gift as a "We're sorry" which was a cute bracelet. The second shipment came quickly and was fantastic quality! I use it everyday! Since they treated me so well, I figured that I would continue to order from them, mostly random pieces of cheaper statement jewelery, but they have yet to disappoint! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for great quality on a budget!

Jane is the worst! It takes weeks for items to get shipped and then if you want to return it's a huge hassle! Buyer beware!
