I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
Dont waste your time. Their site states clothes are this size and length. Ive now ordered a couple of things from this site. Its the poorest made clothing ever. The 1st sweater they painted the lines on and in areas where the sweater was wrinkled, its missing the paint. 2nd sweater is made for t rex. The sleeves which were suppose to be full length are to my elbow. The length which was suppose to be hip length is past my knee's. Now that i wanna return their poorly made clothes. I had to pay to return, for them to say it has a foul smell and they wont take back and to now pay them $3.99 more? For what? Haha! They must think people are dumb. I had the sweater in my possession for 1 hr before i took back to the post office to return. But their fine print states no returns if item smells bad. So they got their item back to resell, i got no refund. So you tell me if you would waste your time and money doing buisness with this company? Save your money and go to your local kohls or mall! Dont blow over $50 and have nothing to show for it like the rest of us dummies did.

I'm surprised so many have left negative reviews on Jane.com. I found the site through coupondivas.com and have ordered several items since early this year and I have honestly been satisfied with all. Vendors sell through Jane.com and if you have an issue with your item, you have to contact the vendor directly not Jane.com.
I did order a pair of sunglasses in the summer and Jane has my address saved correctly, when I checked the status of delivery, it stated it was delivered. I tried contacting the vendor to confirm address the sunglasses were sent to and they never emailed me back. So maybe some of the negative reviews are for the vendors that don't respond or aren't very helpful. I did email Jane.com as well and I received a response right away. They advised me to contact USPS with my delivery and if they couldn't track it to notify Jane.com. Turns out the vendor did have the correct address and it was USPS who delivered to the wrong address, of course I never received my package thanks to USPS and since it wasn't insured, USPS did nothing about it nor could i open a claim. Ugh, I hate USPS! I didn't contact Jane again because I figured nothing could be done since the package wasn't insured.
Overall, I love Jane.com. They have different and unique items for decent prices. I have ordered personalized items (which do take longer to arrive), clothing and pillow cases. I have been satisfied with all my purchases.

I placed 2 seperate orders with jane.com (through facebook and instagram). Both orders said shipped but the tracking showed as a label being created but never shipped. I contacted jane.com about this via chat. They told me they needed to contact the seller and give them 2 days to respond. The seller responded with an excuse saying they have a lot of orders but shipped both orders today. I waited a week and still the tracking was not updated and it shows nothing has been shipped. I checked with usps to confirm this. I contact jane.com again. They do NOTHING BUT THE SAME THING. They will only contact the seller. That is all. I say this isnt acceptable and they dont care. They say the seller gets more time. The customer whose money they took doesnt matter apparently. The seller responds 3 days later (not 2) and says i can have an order reshipped or get a refund. I respond immedietly saying I want a refund. 5 days go by and still no refund. I contact Jane.com AGAIN. They tell me a manager (who isnt at work yet) has to do the refund but it will be done. I tell them no I am not waiting it needs to be done now. I have been waiting way to long as it is. They do NOTHING. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased two sweaters for a family member for her birthday one green and one burgundy from Jane.com and StyleLoveLiving.com working together. The sweaters came in two Burgundies. I contacted this company and they were no help whatsoever and nasty as a matter of fact. The company wanted me to pay to pay and send back the sweater they refused to send me a new one which I already paid for. While placing the order I had a problem reviewing the cart so I went on a Chat. The chat person assured me that there was one green and one burgundy sweater coming to me. The company admitted in a attached email that their employee made a mistake after reviewing the Chat, I requested. These companies refuse to work together to resolve my issue and I'm stuck with two burgundy sweaters.
I will never do business with either one of these companies again. I would not recommend anyone use or buy anything from these companies due to the poor service even when they're absolutely wrong. Once the companies admitted it was their mistake they should've immediately sent it overnight to me for the family birthday but it's too late now. Thank you for nothing Jane and StyleLoveLiving.
The best companies for these type of products is Heartland and Collections etc they are both great. I had minor problems with them and they resolved the issues immediately. I recommend them in place of these companies.
One would assume that a company who admits that employee made the mistake that they would help me as much as possible. These two companies did nothing except try to make me pay for another order after I already paid.
I am not submitting my payment receipt for privacy reasons. The company would've never emailed the attached email explaining their employees screwed up if I didn't purchase the items.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM! BUYERS BEWARE!
Before I buy ANYTHING, I check the return policy to make sure I can make a return if what I buy we do not like. This is what Jane.com has listed on their site: "How Do I Return My Order?...If your item is as described, but it is just not for you, please contact Jane and we will be happy to provide the return mailing address for the item. Once you have a tracking number for the return, please let us know and we will be happy to refund you immediately..." Great, this is like Amazon, I can return the 1800 thread count queen bed sheets that are on sale and return them if we don't like them. All I need to do is give Jane.com the tracking # and they will cover the cost of shipping plus my return, right? NOPE. It doesn't say ANYWHERE on Jane.com that SHIPPING FOR RETURNS IS COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER! If that was clearly stated on their site I would have NEVER bought from them! I bought 6 sets (because they were on sale) of queen sheets that feel horrible and are VERY THIN! For me to send them back would cost me a fortune! I am out $185.31 for crappy sheets. SO SAD! Jane is UNWILLING to help me the numerous times I emailed them OR through the BBB complaint I filed against them. It is probably because they know that no one will buy from them if they knew this about returning items!

I have ordered from this site a few times. After my most recent purchase, I will probably look elsewhere to shop. The site tells you when your order will ship by. My order was supposed to ship 4 days ago, at the latest. I emailed Jane yesterday, asking when the order will ship, and they have not responded. I did get an email, with a tracking number, but there's no tracking information linked to it. This is the second time this has happened (2 separate orders). Basically, companies can make a shipping label, add the tracking to your order, and never really ship out the item. I'm going out of town next week and I'm guessing I won't actually receive this order before then.
They have the same things on their site every day- there will always be the same leggings, tunics and leg warmers. The other items I have ordered on Jane- the quality isn't great. I have seen quite a few of the same items at TJ Maxx, for cheaper and no shipping costs. By the way- their shipping costs are usually ridiculous! Many times the shipping costs as much as the item, or by adding shipping, you can go buy the item full price in a store.
Lastly- The "deals" aren't always deals. If you click on the link, for the vendor websites, the prices are sometimes the same or $2 more, but shipping on their site is cheaper, so it comes out to the same price. On Jane, they're have an item for $12.99 (reg price $25), on the vendor site, the regular price is $14.99...?
Before shopping on this site, just shop around. A lot of times, you can find the items cheaper, and they ship faster, on other sites. Don't expect to get your items sooner than 2 weeks after your order is placed, even if the "ship by" date says you will, when you place your order.

They say large and lots of them are more junior sizes. I have learned which to advoid by other people's reviews, and then which to advoid by my experience. I have got some really u unique home decor, and all baby items have been a plus. When it comes to adult clothes it's been 50/50
I have had one seller sell a "tunic" and it seem great long (above the knee) paid 19.99 and 3.99 shipping, ummmm negative ghost rider it was a sweat shirt that bare covered my booty, and actually already had that sweat shirt in another color from another seller which did state it was a sweatshirt hoodie and showed the way it really fit and I had only paid 12.99 for it. To top it I found same sweatshirt hoodie at TJ Max for 9.99
Another seller I got cute off shoulder dolman shirt, little smaller then expected, but I just use has a sleep shirt or lounge paid 9.99 and guess what same shirt and brand sold at TJ Max for 7.99. Another seller sells shirts that you can actually go on the brands website and buy and the shirts are more what a company would buy to put their company logos on.
One seller I received a cut zip up sweater cardigan was so excited to get it and the brand was Apt9... seriously I could have just went to kohls and got that. There is a few I love and have loved everything I got from them! I have noticed lots of these so called boutiques are out of Utah... which is very odd to me.

I have been a customer of Jane's for a while, which is why I was very unsatisfied with my latest transaction with them. I purchased 7 cousin crew T-shirts for the cousins to wear right after thanksgiving and take a picture in them for Grandma and Grandpa to put on their Christmas Card. When I went to order them I couldn't order in a size Medium because none were available so I ordered 5 of them in Large knowing they would be bigger which was fine because we wanted all the cousins to have the same shirt. I also bought a child's small and xl. Well needless to say the first bad news came when it took them over a week and a half longer to even get it to my sister's house, where I had them sent. So we couldn't take the picture. Then when she got them she found 5 large and an xs and small kids, she thought I had ordered the wrong ones but when I went back and looked at the receipt. I ordered the right size and they sent me the wrong ones. First I tried to get in touch with the company that Jane was selling for Ninth and Knox. After a week I then tried to get in touch with Jane who said they were contacting the seller also and I had to wait 2 days for a response. Needless to say after the weekend and then 2 business days. I heard nothing and Jane was only willing to refund me for the one shirt. I tried to explain the shirts were useless if not all cousins were going to have the same ones. They didn't seem to care and told me they could offer a refund for the one shirt. What good is that going to do when The cousins won't all be able to wear the same shirt. It isn't like I bought the all plain red shirts to wear together or even the same Christmas Shirt. The purpose of these shirts is to be worn as a group and now I will have one crying kid who won't feel like they are part of the family. So basically I am out the money for all the shirts I bought.
