I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Had to place 2 orders because they were so cute! Plus, they came in their cute little packaging. Definitely coming back! :) Thank you Jane!
Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
Once I received a pair of shoes I ordered (after waiting 2 months), the shoes were torn and of poor quality. After emailing several times with an attached photo, a representative finally emailed me back and "agreed" the shoes were damaged during shipping and I would get a replacement pair. The shoes were crappy and were not damaged during shipping, so I've been trying to get someone to respond to my request for a REFUND for several weeks. I would not want any merchandise from this company. What a SHAM!
I changed my address while I was placing my order. After pushing submit, I saw that it still said my old address. I immediately searched a way to contact them, hopefully by phone, but was only able to find an email address. They did give instructions on who to send it to for an immediate address change. Within a minute after placing my order, I sent an email to the address of the person who was to fix those problems. I got no response. The following day I sent them another email, and again didn't hear back. Finally, on the third email they responded saying that I had not changed the address originally so that it was my fault and that it was too late to correct the problem. Hopefully the mail would forward it to me! I did receive two of the items, the two that were minor things that weren't gifts. Will all of the other mail order places out there, Jane is easily replaced! She got $50.00 of mine and she better enjoy it because she is not going to get anymore!
I have purchased several items from this site. I have been happy with most of the items I have received. A few items have been too small, however, I didn't read the reviews before I purchased the items. It was very easy to contact the seller and send the items back. I'm obsessed with this website/"app". I look through the merchandise every day and usually add items to my cart.
They said that my credit card is a potential fraud so my transaction is not approved, but they never sent my transaction info to my credit card so I can't validate myself; therefore I can't purchase with credit card. Instead I have to use PayPal. So sketchy. I think it may be because PayPal has a lower fee than their credit card clearing fee, and force customers to go that route. I have no reason why my credit card is declined (I called my credit card company, and my credit card company said that they never even see a request for transaction come in).
Overall it was a good place to shop for unique items from boutique shops for a great price. The only downfall was that if you bought multiple items from different shops the shipping can become Very pricey. I had no problem with anything, though. I now use thia site to find great items and instead of going through Jane.com I will go straight to the botuquie shop site :)
I have ordered several times and the product wasn't up to the description/my expectations but it worked. The last order was from Savvy and it was 7 pairs of slimming shorts. The fabric in the 1 pair I tried on was defective--overly stretchy, thin. I am expected to pay for shipping 2 ways for the 7 items. It the product is defective, the vendor should pick up the cost. The were attractive in appearance.

I ordered sequin pillows or at least that is what I was lead to believe. It turns out that all I was to get was 4 pillow cases at 13.99 each. Just to make sure it wasn't my mistake, I referred back to my order conformation and sure enough it said pillows not pillowcases. I am saddened to know that there is such false advertising.
I ordered 2 masks from Jane deal.com. I am not pleased! The masks are made of polyester instead of cotton. They are cheaply made! What a rip-off $13.99 per mask? They supposed to be native american masks! The worse company that I have ordered from this year. Who put a return name: Jhon Doe? SCAMMERS! Do not order from Jane deal website. You will regret it! Oh! I forgot to mentioned that I waited for my masks for 28 days! Again, scammers, scammers, scammers!

Ordered a shirt for a group Halloween costume, received a tracking number and a delivery confirmation but NO SHIRT. Their "customer service" offered me store credit. Why would I order again if I never received my first item? PayPal won't refund my money since there is a tracking number.

Why are people getting so upset about jane.com? You get what you pay for. They sell cheap items for a cheap price. Just use your common sense and shop at Nordsrtom if you want quality. Jane shoppers are like eBay shoppers, they pay low dollar for an item and complain when they receive a low quality product. All cheap items are made in China, why is everyone so appalled at that? It seems that people just use sitejabber to complain. It is people's lack of judgement that is the real problem.

A shipping label so I have no idea where to ship them to. I have sent them several emails asking for a shipping label but they do not respond to my emails. You also can't phone them because of the Covid-19.

Most of the necklaces I have ordered have arrived with stones loose in the cellophane bag and broken... some tops I sized way up and they arrived from China and fit my 4 year old neice... other sweaters are way too small... those monogrammed trays are not so nice because they are 50 cents porcelain trays with vinyl stickons for monograms... and then there is the issue of not receiving merchandise at all... White Plum screwed me over and shipped 1 of 2 tops... And these companies know you are not going to spend $7.00 to return a cheap $5 necklace or even a $12 top... I will say the wooden monograms were great but for the most part RUN, delete this scam company and go to Dollartree. More fun
I stumbled across Jane and was really excited because all the clothes looked so cute. I ordered 2 everyday tops in 2 different colors and 2 tops that had glittery sleeves. It took my order about 2 weeks to be delivered and then I was super dissapointed. The quality wasn't very nice and there was no shape to the tops. My husband said they looked like smocks. Not flattering at all. The sizes ran really big but even a smaller size wouldn't have fixed the problem. Sadly I won't be ordering again. I did order one t-shirt for my adult son. It seems to be ok though. He hasn't worn it yet but it's just your ordinary white tee with a screen print on it.
I hear all these complaints from the vendors but my big complaint is the vendor & Jane. Out of at least 20 orders I had a problem with about half. It was so hard to get the vendor to respond, resend or refund my orders. The half never got sent out and it takes months to finally get it solved. One vendor Ruby Bloom, would lie and lie they finally sent my order and it came wrong. They lied again and said they had sent out another one but I never received confirmation or the item but now they just ignore my emails. I felt as if Jane thought I was acting impatient. I have 6 kids and I can't always afford to just go out and buy full price items so I thought Jane was great. Boy was I wrong! Wrong! WRONG!
They seem to have such cute stuff for a good price however, it's not good quality. I ordered 3 necklaces, from different vendors, and each one had something wrong with it. One was completely broken and not fixable. When I contacted the seller they would not do an exchange or refund because I had just missed the 14 day deadline which I explained that I was out of the country celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary. Sadly disappointed in customer service. I'll stick with Zulilly where I know I get good quality merchandise and do not have to worry about refunds or exchanges.
The UGG-like boots I got from Jane were not well made & quite flimsy but did look like the photo.
I've been trying for over a month to unsubscribe from their DAILY spam emails. I've learned through the years that the harder it is to unsubscribe=the worse the company is. My experience is that the Chinese companies are the ones that will not quit spamming you once you are on their email list despite saying 'you have unsubscribed & will no longer receive emails'. I recommend you avoid this company. The products can be cute but VERY poorly made.

The clothes look cute in pics, but with the exception of a few items I have gotten they are cheaply made knockoffs that fall apart or look nothing like the pics. I have gotten items that I threw in the trash after receiving them because they were so poorly made. Horrible customer service and return policy.
Waiting 1 MONTH AND 7 DAYS for purchase. Cs awful. They do not answer emails or phone after 10 email. Finally reported to BBB Then email received after month to tell me how to track package. Which alredy knew how to do a month prior. They use false advertising in the sense you track with usps. However, usps cannot track because company uses a smaller cheaper mail currier that usps cant track. They make excuses. But as we know USPS if they used them would get you you package in a few days. The company they use for mailing went from California then to east cost to another state over 3000 miles in wrong direction to were it was to be delivered.
USPS said many people call them to complain about people looking for packages from this company. Usps even states in tracking note that does not mean they actually received package when PARTNER mail carrier used by a company.

I have shopped on jane now for about a year. I have never had any problems with receiving any of my purchases, and I also have never had any issues returning something I wasn't satisfied with. Everything that is sold on jane is sold by different boutiques, therefore polies might differ from one item to another. If u do want to purchase something, make sure to read the whole description and to read what the sellers return policy is. It really is a great and easy way to shop for several different items!'
I ordered orthotic sandals and what I received were basically flip-flops! These people are scam artists, don't believe anything you read. If I could give them a zero, I would. I'm a paralegal and they've scammed the wrong person!

I ordered two items from Jane.com. I received a tracking number promptly for one item, however, a few days later it said "delivered" but to a different state. I contacted customer service and was told that the item would be re-delivered. In the interim I received an e-mail from Paypal saying a refund was issued in the amount of the second item I ordered, with no explanation from Jane.com. I contacted Jane.com's customer service again and was told that the seller couldn't fulfill my order. Ultimately I received the first item, squished into a little plastic mailing pouch. My first and last order. What a terrible company.
Placed my order on July 5th, tried to email them to get a tracking number... know responses, so today is July 22nd still know responses... l will never order from them again. I will post the date l receive the item.

I've only placed one order from Jane, the seller was Beadsbee Boutique and the item was Spring's Hottest Capri. I was nervous after placing the order and reading some negative reviews of the Jane website. However, I didn't have a bad experience. I placed an order and it was delivered within 7-10 days. Good quality, cute capris, received many compliments when I wore them!
They deducted the money from my bank account on the day I ordered the product. That was on July 3rd. 2020. There is no sane tracking number and their info. About it is useless. I have written 3 times, got one useless response and it is now the 25th of July. Still no product delivered. They claim they are in Ca. But it really is located in China. The BBB has a number of complains of the same nature. Do NOT buy anything from this fake and unscrupulous business.
