I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Good Grief - soooo not worth looking or ordering anything from this site - I have ordered several things - some have arrived with the incorrect product and the quality of this merchandise is pitiful - no more for me - I will not order from this place ever again.
I really should have read reviews. I read and reread the size chart for USA shoes. They are at least 2 sizes to small. I don't have time to order new shoes. It's ashame because they are really pretty.

I ordered a red dress on this site, and was sent two in the color pink. They charged me twice for shipping, but sent the dresses in the same bag. I was trying to return the items, but they will only pay me back for the dresses, no shipping. I also had to pay for return shipping. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

As a vendor I find it very frustrating that I barely get anything accepted and when I do, I'm ALWAYS at the bottom of their email list and on the site. You can clearly tell who they are favoring on their site. They are always on top. If your a vendor, I would suggest staying away from this site, unless you want to start getting in debt. If you really want to sell, I suggest trying toadorn.com. Super nice people and no favoritism. :)
I ordered the mama bear Lisa frank shirt. It was described as bright. I ordered white shirt because I wanted it to be bright. The shirt was NOT bright colors very dull. I was disappointed cause I was so excited I loved losa frank as a child
The site has the cutest things, but I placed an order over two weeks ago and have yet to get any of the items. One item was sent to the wrong address and is now at the post office waiting for me to come sign to pick it up (very inconvenient). Half of my order hasn't even shipped yet (it's been TWO WEEKS since the order was placed) This means I most likely wont even get all the items for a total of 3-4 weeks after I placed the order.
I will not order from this site again, a month before I even receive any items is not worth the low prices.
I tried to place an order-the first time my credit card was rejected, so I tried a 2nd credit card with a different bank-it was also rejected.
So I went to chat which proved futile the 3 times I tried.
Then I tried the listed phone number, but since I wanted to talk to someone rather than text, I got hung up on!
Then I tried email, which I got a prompt response blaming BOTH banks-"The banks may be blocking charges from Jane"., I replied that both banks rejecting valid cards didn't sound very likely and questioned if the problem wasn't at their end... no response.
My concern is now-they have both credit card info and don't respond. I did notice when I got on this site that this company seems to have more than the average complaints re: credit cards.
Not a good first impression!

By the time you pay to return items that don't fit - or are cheap - or not sized correctly... I could go buy my own from local shops. WILL NOT purchase again...

I have ordered clothes, kids items, electronics, and misc home décor. I am a picky consumer and I think you have to read what you are ordering but I have been happy with the quality and speed of delivery. I was unhappy with some of the charging cords and small speakers I ordered but they were VERY quick and good to work with to return and replace the items until I was happy - one refunded my money. I dealt with the vendors and always felt taken care of or happy with the items. As with anything you purchase in a store or online - become an educated consumer
I didn't know the product was coming from China. I ordered it a month ago and have been tracking it. It went from China to CA to NY back to CA then to Fort Lauderdale. Then it should have been delivered but apparently the wrong address was on the package and it is being returned to CHINA. Unable to get in touch with the company.

I absolutely LOVE Jane.com! I started using the app/website a little over a year ago and I don't think I'll stop. I've received every order in a timely manner, and I've ordered A LOT. I love the sneak peeks, the extended sizing options on most of the deals, the SHOES, and the discounted home decor! I always check out the vendor before ordering though to make sure I'm not getting something from China. I'm currently wearing my favorite dress right now, which I bought from Jane.Com LAST WEEK!
For the most part I have really liked all of the clothing I have ordered off this site, shipping is expensive but I think your paying for postage, the bag it came in and the handling of it all, plus the post office hiked the price all the time..
I purchased what I thought was a Touch Screen made for kids. When i got the product in the mail it was a joke! It is not a touch screen at all and is made from cheap plastic, I am very dissapointed. I cant even find info on thier website to contact them. Will not purchase from them agian.
Really really poor customer service, I was excited when I first saw the website but when I placed an order i received an email saying that item would arrive within 2 weeks it is now past 3 weeks, I emailed 3 times and no response finally went on their website and chatted with one of the customer service rep, they told me to wait another two days and on and on, at this point I no longer wanted the order, I waited two days and finally received an email saying that the seller just shipped out my order that exact same day so after 14 days of waiting and emailing they just sent out the order, I had to write like 3 emails saying I want a refund, I will never buy from jane.com ever again and I don't recommend it to anyone at all, please be careful :) thanks
I purchased two sweaters for a family members birthday through Style Love Living and Jane.com working together. The two sweaters came in one color burgundy. I complained to the company who stated too bad you ordered two burgundy sweaters tough luck. I stated why don't you check the Chat because before I placed my order I went on their Chat and spoke to their representatives who assured me I was getting one green and one burgundy sweater. I contacted both stores and they wanted me to send back the burgundy sweater after they admitted in an email to me that it was their employees mistake. Why would I pay to mail back a sweater when the company was at fault and I paid for one green and one burgundy per their own words. These companies should've work together to send me the green sweater since I paid for two sweaters one green and one burgundy but received two burgundy which I did not order and confirmed on the chat. They admitted in a email (Attached) it was their employees mistake. Whatever happened to the days the customer is always right. The good companies that sell these type of products are heartland, collections etc and such. I do not believe the nerve of this company and I would never recommend them to anyone for any purpose to buy anything. Had the nerve to send me a link to order another sweater in green. What do I do with two burgundy sweaters? Thanks for nothing I'm messing up my family members birthday very bad business.

I received two sweaters in burgundy for one person’s birthday. I explained this to the company and they could care less. Both companies I was dealing with have poor service and admitted in a email that their employee made the mistake yet they still refused to send me the green sweater.
Still waiting on shoe order... if I knew they were made and shipped from China I never would have ordered... now hopefully shoes will be of good quality! Buyer beware!

Total rip off. Ended up with crappy shoes which were cheap. Tried returning them but ended up paying $34 for shipping and have nothing to show. They should be reported and put out of business
I'm an XL US and I ordered swimsuits in large and xl. The xl one piece fit a little tight but the large fit perfectly. I also ordered jewelry and they are super cute. They did change color a little bit from gold to a more brassy color but it's costume jewelry and it was expected. I forgot to type a coupon code in after I paid which was to save $11 so I emailed the company for a refund off that amount and they offered to add another pice of jewelry around that amount free which was perfectly fine with me. All and all I had a great experience with this company because I have ordered from Rosegal and you never know what size your gonna get and xl monokini wouldn't even go passed my ankles lol not one thing of there's fit so this site is one of my favs. I've never wrote a review for anything but I felt I should for this site bc of the great customer service. I hope this helps. Just make sure you look at the size charts.

They have a guarantee posted on their site, however, JANE.COM DOES NOT BACK THEIR GUARANTEE. We received a defective product, returned it and sent no less than 20 emails requesting the refund and/or someone to call us - with no resolution. There is no number to be found on the website. Do not shop here, there are far too many websites just like this out there.
The policy of Janes website give the rules to follow but when I tried to return something they told me in the fine print it said that my order was non returnable. I find this type of practice very deceptive and untruthful. As a first time customer I was hoping to find a great company to recommend and order again from which is not going to be the case at all. BEWARE! They are not honest! NO RETURNS EVEN THOU THEY SAY THERE ARE!
