I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Yes I should have read the reviews. I ordered from Jane, thinking the price was really good and I would have the item within the time frame stated. I have been waiting and emailing since April 16,2020. I received a text message telling me to wait for a response within two more days. I just want my money back at this point. I will never order from Jane again.
I have made several purchases with Jane. I had no complaints until I needed to return a pair of shorts that didn't fit right for a refund. I followed all instructions by both Jane and the seller and sent back the shorts that were received to the address I was told to send them back on May 6,2022. I have proof of delivery. I've emailed Jane and the seller several times with no response. Very frustrating and disappointing. Makes me not want to purchase with this company any longer.
This is the worst site I've ordered from... Takes way to long with no notifications to what's going on. No way to cancel either to get refunded. Once you paid for it your $#*!ed. Been a month and no product. NEVER AGAIN.

This company is not honest. If you want to sell your stuff there, they will not tell you yes or no but ask you to ship them sample. Then after they received your free item, they will give you million reasons why you can't sell there but they will not return the item to you. Then after a week or two, you will discover that item on their site as they probably get it from some cheap knock off China sites. You can find their products on aliexpress or the chinese version taobao.com. Think twice before doing business with them.
I received my Daisy kimono today. It has the shortest sleeves. They can't even be called a sleeve and it is very short. This looks nothing like the picture. I would not recommend this product. The edges are poorly sewn as well. I would give it a zero out of 10.

Placed an order, looked at estimated delivery which said receipt would be within a couple of weeks. A week later received a tracking number. Tracking number went nowhere for two weeks. Emailed customer service, no response. Put in a PayPal claim. Still no response from these losers. AVOID!
I had a terrible experience with Jane! My order took a month to ship and when it came it was TINY (like children's size) I paid $18 to ship a vest back to exchange for a medium and they refunded me instead. I emailed them and complained and they never responded. The lady on live chat was really rude... what a waste of money. I will stick to real websites with real customer service
I will never order again! Was more than 30 days receiving my order. Disappointed to say least after spending 32.00 with long wait and absolutely no way to find out if even shipped. Suddenly mailman placed black plastic bag in mailbox. Nothing to indicate size or return ticket. Nothing! Shoes do not fit at all. I wear size 8.5 but no indication inside or outside if the shoes are what I ordered. Hate shoes. Hate this company for false advertising. Of course they charged my credit card over thirty days ago. Wish some way this company could be closed and my money returned. Sad day. Lesson learned. Never order anything from anywhere again!

For an American-based company that at first glance appears so trustworthy (Jane & Andy... like the rag dolls of old; a couple with kids who live in SC), be prepared to be disappointed & frustrated by the item never arriving, the tracking number not working, and the "customer service" (laughable) being nonexistent. I've asked for a refund and we'll see what happens. I also plan to start the dispute process with my bank. These people need a new career path! Btw, my item is coming from China, but I didn't know that when I ordered... so add "deception" to the list. I should've stuck with Amazon (the same exact item was there, too). At least there's some recourse & accountability there. Only having a good review every 8th time or so should be warning enough!

Purchased the polygel nail kit in March. It's June. The tracking number isn't valid. They lie about their shipments. Their return policy is that they can't return or refund anything more than 30 days after purchase and can't cancel an order once it has been placed. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank. Thankfully, I have a great bank that refunded my money. These people are all liars. Don't ever order from them.

I've purchased a bunch of stuff from Jane over the years and never had issues. The products come from all different sellers and most of them are awesome. If you find a dud and cant get help from the seller reach out to Jane, they will back you as a customer! There support team is fantastic!
I really liked Jane.com. However, if you ever need to return anything, good luck. Couldn't contact the seller so tried to contact Jane directly. Nope, not so easy. I was buying several items, weekly, quite frequently, but am going to stop now. It's unfortunate because they have cute things- but if they don't help customers when problems arise (especially a simple return), forget it! I will spend my money elsewhere.

They charged three times for 1 shirt which i was refunded correctly, then twice on a second shirt. I was told since my order only showed 2 I was out of luck even though I had screen shot of my paypal and bank showing what happened. PAMELA-costumer service rep didn't seem to care. So sad they've let their site go down hill so much. It used to be so awesome.

I read all these reviews against Jane. So, I was fearing the worst when waiting on my order to arrive. Once it got here, I wasn't sure what the fuss was all about because my 5 items were exactly what the picture showed on their website. Great quality. Accurate sizing. Great customer service. The only downside was, it took longer than expected to receive my items, but not a big deal. I will definitely order more from this company. Also, to those wondering how to wash items? All of my shirts require hand washing and line dry. Says on tag inside clothing.
I will NEVER order from this site again. I placed an order like December 7 and it was supposed to be here by December 16th. It is December 20 and still not here. Then, they said that they noticed a mistake in the printing of the shirt or some stupid excuse like that. It is a terrible company. They do not take care of customers at all. I do not recommend that you buy from this site. Stay away!

I placed an order 30 days ago and paid. Shipping was supposed to be 2 weeks due to Covid. As I said that was 30 days ago. I've emailed several times to get an update on status with no reply. I'm not even sure the email I have is correct at this point I don't think the company is real. I'm just looking for an update to know if my order is coming or I lost my money. Someone said what do you expect it's cheap stuff well for me paying 25 plus dollars for a pair of sandals is not cheap, but that's just me. Any information on my order I would really appreciate. This site is a mess, some of the vendors that they use are unreliable and there is no accountability for the vendors to have to send the merchandise on time. Trying to get a refund is impossible. The customer service for both Jane.com and their vendor So Kali has been atrocious. For a company that is marketing toward women and moms, it's very sad to see that they could not care less about their customers.
First online purchase. I was so worried and scared. Bought the stripped midi dress and couldn't be happier! Great prices, amazing clothes, and it came in on time. No BS with this website! Highly, highly, highly recommend buying from them!

Delivered late (a week after Christmas), Awful quality - scratchy thin fabric, return date is deceptive ("has to be back to secondary site in 30 days") means you actually have to mail it within a week to get it to them at 2 weeks so they can then mail it for the next 2 weeks. Refused despite explanation that gift was for an 85 year old who couldn't mail it back herself. Never Again.

The products look cute online, but they are super cheap when you get them - the pics are all retouched. Most of the products can be found on Ebay from importers (which is where Jane vendors get their stuff) at much cheaper prices. The concept is great... but the vendors are horrible. I bought a shirt with a sequins applique - wore it once, the applique came off, and the vendors response was "Too bad. Hope the rest of your weekend goes better." Vendor is Eyelet Skye. Do NOT order from them. Horrible cheap merch. And worse customer service.
I ordered 10 t-shirts from the site- 2 sizes larger than usual to allow for shrinkage etc. What arrived are 2 sizes smaller and very fitted. I have sent 5 emails asking politely for their return policy- to absolutely no avail. One reply after the 3rd email asked how they could help me and I have heard nothing since.
Twice screwed. Done forever. Should be a big notice under JANE saying two weeks return. Trouble is it doesn't arrive early enough and poorly made and can't return. Booo. They absolutely have no intention of accepting a return. Booo. Like the makeup companies - they get you and start sending before you can cancel. Forget about the item being purchased for a gift. By the time they open it, it is too late to return. Booo. I don't want to ever here about this name again..
Terrible company. Everything is made cheaply, the shipping takes 14-25 days to arrive and there's no customer service whatsoever. The only contact info they have on their site is text/email and they never reply the first time. I have purchased 4 items and every item was awful quality and I totally regret.
Also I read they take 25% from the sellers on top of the required 40-50% markdown so I doubt the sellers are very happy with the platform either. I have no idea how this site is still in business. Sounds like they are crooks honestly.
