I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
I've ordered probably 20-25 times from various sellers on Jane.com over the last year. Only once have I had an issue with an order where they sent the wrong color leggings, I contacted the seller and they immediately sent the right color and let me keep the incorrect ones. No hassle, no terrible customer service like a lot of these reviews mentioned.
The shipping time is not always immediate but that is explained on the site when you're browsing. The sellers don't get the order information till the deal ends (so you're already at a few days handling there) then they usually have to make the item since it's a lot of handmade stuff. This isn't Amazon. I shop on Jane to get unique boutique items. I'm not expecting to get them in 2-3 days. 1-3 weeks is fine with me!
All the negative reviews on here make me sad, I absolutely love Jane.com. I've ordered tons of items from the site over the last year, much to my bank account's dismay :) and most everything I have received has been stellar. Actually currently wearing a nice black undershirt and gorgeous green sweater, both of which I found on Jane. I've had a few items miss the mark and I either returned the purchase or don't go back to those sellers again. I am also meticulous in reading reviews on the items I purchase, since I don't love sending things back, and if an item has been reviewed as cheap or the seller isn't great about shipping, I steer clear. Jane is a platform for boutiques all over so there are bound to be good and bad ones in the mix. Seriously though, some of my absolute favorite clothes I found on Jane. Give them a shot, just make sure you read reviews!
I get so many daily emails that I delete most of them without opening them... but I usually take a quick flip through Jane's offerings. It's the perfect place to find gifts for people, affordable trendy clothes (that you don't want to spend a fortune on in case they go out of style next year) and fun little trinkets you didn't know you needed.
I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews about such a great site. I stumbled across Jane.com not too long ago. I've purchased several items and returned a few too. No problems at all. The return process could be better since you have to email each seller you're returning to but although some may have taken a while to respond they all have and I've gotten my refunds. I've also received some great items. A lot of their clothing items are the exact same as what is being sold for much more at popular online boutiques. Great site.
I ordered half a size up on a pair of shoes and they were still extremely small. Not really worth the hassle and return shipping to send them back. I tried to give the shoes a three star review and after writing a very thorough and thoughtful paragraph it curiously didn't go through. I also ordered a watch that broke before I could even get it on. My husband was able to fix it but I don't know how long it will last. I wrote a 3 star review for the watch as well, and it has been "PROCESSING" for about an hour after hitting "Submit." So they don't really want reviews on their products.

Clothes look nothing like pictures. Super cheap T-shirts when it looked like a cute shirt in picture. Very deceptive. Says returns accepted but when looking into you pay shipping to individual vendor making returns not worth it. Complete waste of money. Do not order here!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a total scam. Been a month and still haven't received my item. Called the vendor, got the same response many others have gotten, that it was lost in transit. My tracking number was fake and never worked, same as many others. I'm told I'll get a refund but I'm sure that wont happen either. Lovely. How do these places stay in business?
I have been having problems with contacting Jane Closet shoes@ my paid shoe purchase over 3 weeks ago. I sent an email a week ago and they said someone would respond. Nothing. I have not even gotten a email when it was shipped so I could get tracking #. Im not ordering anything from them again and you should not either. Sending pic of order #

I agree with Jenna S. I find these same clothes and accessories on Ali Express.com for $1 - $5 and free shipping. You may have to wait a little longer to receive them, but some of these Jane.com vendors take forever to ship because they probably are waiting to receive it from China to send to their customers. Most of the merchandise fits poorly and looks cheap, fabric is see through or seams are not sewn well. Jane.com takes 25% of the vendors money which is a rip off, Ebay and others only take 10%. They have over 700 deals a day so good luck getting your deal at the top of the page and noticed. You have to have 100 items to sell, and 75 or more to run the deal again so you are left with lots of merchandise. So disappointing in every way.
I have ordered multiple times for over 2 years. Jane.com is a platform small businesses are selling their goods on. I've ordered everything from masks to dresses to hair bows and home decor. I've been happy with my purchases more often than not. The few purchases that were disappointing, the online seller has remedied. All communication and returns go through the seller "store" and not Jane.com.
The website is confusing. I didn't know at first the stuff is coming from other retail companies. That's a bit odd to me. I bought 2 pairs of pants. I'd like to say is the shipping is ridiculously priced. $8.99 to ship 2 pair of pants. Hmmm. It looks like they're also making their money on the back end of the spectrum. Plus they don't ship for days! They make you think you're getting a great deal, but at the end of the day you're shopping through a middleman and paying a regular price. Legitimate websites have a contact button on the bottom of every page. Jane.com does not. Also an about us page. Who is this company and where are they? Here today, gone tomorrow.
I've loved a lot of my items from Jane.com, but the bad ones are pretty awful. I've gotten pretty good at figuring out which sellers are going to have cheaply made things I won't wear and which ones have decently nice things. If you're going to shop here, I'd check out the individual websites and see the quality and reviews there - it may be helpful in figuring out whether or not it's worth it to buy. Shipping is usually pretty slow, so don't order anything you need in a hurry.
What a joke. I signed up to be a buyer on jane.com, they told me I was approved, and went through all the steps. Listed my items. Then its now, we cant approve you at this time, what a waist of time. Our review to help others learn about this online business
I ordered an Easter bunny, stuffed animal for my granddaughter, with her name embroidered on it at arrived a month late, and the embroidery was actually just a sticker. Customer service was hard to navigate and slow to respond. My family and friends will never buy from Jane.com
I ordered a shirt which came with threads hanging out of the neckline. Seller told me to cut them out. Alter my brand new shirt. No thank you. I can only imagine if I tried this and ruined the shirt. I requested a return label. No response. I'm stuck paying to return this. Never will I ever order from this company again.

I absolutely love Jane.com. I always check the site, using their mobile app, at night before going to bed. I love all the home decor items they offer. Purchased several blankets and prints for my home. Everything has arrived with no problem at all. Considering it's a daily deals site, I would expect they would have some issues with shipping on time but usually any delay is nominal and it's easily overlooked with all the cool items. I especially love that they take PayPal and I love the "sneak peak" at the next day's listings, only offered to customers that make a purchase. Makes me feel like I'm part of a community.
I definitely should have done my research prior to ordering on Jane.com. I was surprised to receive my item within about (7) business days which was great, however the color completely wrong! I ordered GRAY and the color was clearly shown in the picture, but I received PINK instead which is probably the last thing I'd ever wear. They were only $7.99, and after reading all of the horror stories for this company I'll probably just give them away instead of doing any business with them in the future...

Ordered May 15- now End of June. Product still in China. This is Not an American company and the product is not in the US. Had I not been misled and thought that this was being shipped from the United States I would have not ordered. Unless Janes closet can deny this and get me my product after numerous attempts I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau as well as to my banking institution. They will most likely be changing their name anyway and re-opening under another name. I urge you to read the reviews. Not that it matters, because Janes closet does not seem to care anyway. I don't normally write a bad review, but it seems to be the only way someone else will not experience what I have already experienced with this fake company.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered my product back in October and have not received anything now almost a month and a half later. After finding out that my order was shipped to the wrong address, I decided I just wanted my money back. Jane.Com does not offer a phone number to call which is mind blowing to me. How can you do business with people who simply don't know how to do business.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Their masks are beautiful, but they fit horribly on my face. I've spent two weeks trying to get them to let me return them. I get the runaround. They want a video showing the issue... but they can't even view videos from the USA on YouTube. Absolutely horrible customer service. Have to give them photos of the items, including packaging. Guess it's one I have to turn over to the charge card company.
Of course I tried getting ahold of them since they commented on here. Lies. They do this to make themselves look good publicly. The only response they would give me is more nasty comments. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I have ordered MANY things from Jane. In the beginning, I was pleased. The only issue was getting the sellers to ship. Don't order if you need it right away. There's no guarantee as to shipping in a timely manner.
The quality of the items that I have received lately was disappointing. Customer service is helpful if you contact them with an issue. I wish Jane would be more selective as to who is vending on their site. Too many items that are almost the same. It used to be rather unique, but not so much now.
Some of their stuff is very cute, but I've had so many issues. I've tried ordering multiple times and I don't know why I try. I've had issues where my package was held at the post office until I paid an EXTRA $10 in shipping on top of what I had already paid. I've had the vendors email me and berate me (for that extra shipping issue). I've ordered things and then later found out they do not even have the item. The quality of items is poor- had purses and jewelry break the first time I've worn it. I've had Jane.com offer to give me some money to makeup for extra payments (which was nice to offer) but they never actually did. Definitely not worth the headache. Shop anywhere else.

Ordered a toy 2 months ago. Never got it. They kept sending me a link to track the package. Post office said they never received package. Won't reply to emails. Save your money, shop elsewhere. I would give zero stars if possible.
