I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Had to place 2 orders because they were so cute! Plus, they came in their cute little packaging. Definitely coming back! :) Thank you Jane!
Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
I wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering from Jane.com. Every order was either delayed or "lost" in the mail. I am still waiting on one package that I ordered 12/14, it was shipped on 12/17 and 12 days later I am still waiting. I will say that customer service has been great to work with and twice refunded my money. I won't be using Jane.com again.
I ordered my daughter nail stuff when Covid hit. I knew shipping would take longer than normal and was ok with that. Here is my problem, I sent 6 emails before I ever got a response and 9 weeks later when I received my order it was a bunch of nail stuff thrown into taped up styrofoam. And to top it off the light doesn't work! Will never ever shop here again. Tried calling any number I could find and never got anywhere.
This company has the worst customer service ever! Having all these different vendors to deal with when making returns has been a horrible experience. I bought 5 items and had to return almost every item due to either poor workmanship or incorrect fit. Very disappointed. Every piece of clothing has come from a different vendor and they don't tell you that! You have to deal with the vendor to return items and they don't give you a label and you have to pay for your returns.
If Jane wants to be the "Amazon" of the clothing world then they need to make returns and exchanges easy and simple. Send back to Jane and get a refund. Period. Return label provided. Ugh, I am never shopping at Jane again.

I did not receive one of my orders so I wrote a email for help. Customer service (Olivia) gave me a few options. When that did not work she issued me a refund. These other sites are totally scams but Jane.com is the real deal

Happy with Jane, but...
I placed order through Jane to Copper Lane Clothing and had very poor experience. The website is poor. It wanted size and Style. When you entered one it deleted your entry of the other. The product number on the Ad page was not the same as the product number on the order page. Buyer beware. Bummed I didn't get the pants I really wanted and now I'm out shipping both ways. My confirmation order even said Wide lag jeans but I got Bell Bottoms. How can they say I ordered wrong. Very Disappointed!
I DO NOT hold Jane responsible. They were very quick to respond to my concern. Copper Lane was also but pretty much told me sorry you ordered wrong so send them back but by the way we're not paying shipping either way. Nothing about checking on their website or asking if I wanted to exchange.

I ordered a gift three-4 weeks in advance of a birthday. When it didn't come, I emailed three times. I attempted to call twice with no answer and no VM. Five weeks after I ordered U get an email saying item in its way but it could be 10-20 days in transit.
Be prepared for disappointment if you go forward with this company.

I order from this site and 17 days later I got an email saying one of my 2 items was out of stock and cancelled. The second said it shipped 1 week ago yet no update in the tracking online. I will never order from here again. Terrible!
I love Jane.com for inexpensive, trendy items. True, the quality might not be outstanding, but that is what you get for a $17.99 service. Troubles with exchanges? Contact the boutique who is sending the merchandise, Jane is a reseller. Good mix of cute, seasonal items at low cost.
I purchased a personalized burp cloth and paid $18 through a seller named " the sassy seamstress. The burping cloth was flimsy and made of very poor quality. The image was faded and will probably disappear after the first wash. I would not recommend purchasing anything from her.

I recently made a purchase that was actually refunded by Jane because the seller could not be reached. On the same date as the refund someone apparently made a purchase with my payment information for a $75.00 gift card. Apparently this is NOT a secure site even when using paypal. Beware. This is cause me many issues including overdraft fees.

I received an emailing with a USPS shipping tracking number stating my order had shipped. After 2 weeks of the shoes being in transit to the USPS shipping center, nothing was ever received. They created a fake shipping label, charged me 55.00 for my shoes and no way to call them to get my money back. I have to send "text" messages and emails to customer support, and nothing happened. Very very shady company. Stay away.
Ordered a shirt in November that was going to be a Christmas gift. Emailed several times asking for the shipping status and never heard anything from customer service. Never receive the item despite my bank account being debited for the item. Emailed today and asked for a refund and finally received an email saying that a refund would be issued. The email says that "each deal is sold by different vendors and therefore charged individually." I will never shop at this site again.

I ordered 7 t-shirts as part of a teacher fall costume from Michelle's Party Shop. The quality of the tshirts themselves was poor, very thin. 2 of the shirts came damaged with the imprint of the letters all crackled looking. I went back and forth with customer service and the seller about getting them replaced. I sent pictures and stated I didn't want a refund as I needed the shirts as part of a group. The seller claimed to not have gotten my photos or emails however she replied to one. I was refunded for the 2 shirts by Jane.com even though I said I wanted new shirts. Customer service sent me a link to another seller but the shirts didn't even match. I asked for a full refund due to all the trouble and still have not gotten a response.
I will never buy from Jane again because everything looks nice in the pictures but ends up being total crap and you spend like $6 on shipping to get it to you and if you have problems they want you to spend anywhere from $7-$20 to ship it back yourself so you end up spending $20 just to see an item. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this website!
I've ordered several clothing pieces from Jane.com from all different sellers. I've experienced great customer service via emails w Jane.com reps but NOT with the sellers they sell for! I've had packages (like others in reviews below) that never shipped but said label created and I've had some that have arrived early! So it's a hit or miss because you don't know if the sellers are legit and there is no reviewing process on Jane.com for the different sellers they use. I will not be ordering anymore from them as I'm not much of a gambler and also if you end up with something you have to return then not only have you paid already for shipping but you also have to pay for the return shipping as well! By the time you pay these prices, it's way cheaper to go to a local boutique and find the EXACT same items!
Placed order on 2/9 and was said to ship 2/15, it is now 3/1. Seller is not responding to my emails and Jane customer service is hard to get in touch with. Just sent them an email and am wiring to hear back about a refund. I paid 30$ for a dress from Country Couture Company and was going to have my daughter wear it for a photo shoot and now have paid money to receive nothing. Very disappointed
I ordered a couple of shirts and a pair of leggings. The sizes really way off and they dont get the colors right. It seems as if the company can find the closest thing relating to the color/ item you want from another store and gets it from there. When I received my orders all the tags were off so if you need to return something then you cant... I think some of the clothing could be used. :/
Jane. Com was responsive to my complaint, and processed a refund, but the vendor American Laser Crafts" has terrible ratings on the internet. I was given a tracking number on the day shipping was promised 12/22. It still has not shipped as of 12/30. I no longer trust Jane.com. They need to investigate
I'm extremely confused at all the negative reviews. I absolutely love this site. I buy stuff from it ALL the time and have purchased things from clothing to jewelry to other accessories. Everything I have purchased has been SUPER cute, great quality, and as described. There have even been times where I have loved something so much that I have reached out to the vendor just to tell them so.
The ONLY downside I see is the shipping can get pricey if you order a lot of things from different vendors but they can't really control that. I will continue to shop here daily and recommend it highly!
I was really impressed with this site at first. My biggest complaint is returns. I just got credit back from an item I returned in March. The only thing that I kept still had to have a t shirt under it because the material was so thin. I agree with the shipping and it is impossible to actually talk to someone.
Jane has the cutest selection of things from clothing to accessories to decorations for your home! My favorite thing to do is check their website first thing in the morning! I buy here probably more than i should... but maybe you should too!
The pictures online look much different than the products you actually receive. Also the sizes run odd - one sweater I bought was way too small and the other one as long enough to be a dress. I returned everything but it took several months to get a credit. It's unfortunate because the clothes look cute but it's deceiving.
The clothes I have purchased are cheap. Lots of my shirts and sweaters are fraying that I purchased last season. I have received items with holes and even one shirt was missing the bottom of the sleeve. Also sometimes it would take over a month to get the merchandise. The customer service is not very helpful and the cost of shipping both directions you can afford to go to a real boutique.
I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas and it was delivered Dec 9th. She opened it and the neck was to tight. We immediately reached out to the seller and got crickets. So reached out to Jane.com and they said it was beyond 14 days so nothing they could do. I was blown away. Who doesn't have a special policy around the holidays. She didn't even open in 14 days! Customer Service did not care at all. I will never use them again. Be warned! Jason B
