I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
Don't let the looks of the items fool you... just about everything i've ordered from jane has been a cheap product that has come from china. I can find the same product online and order directly from china for 75% cheaper than on jane at the same quality plus free shipping. You are overpaying even at these discounts they offer. Just go ahead and order for yourself and see! Plus the shipping adds up and makes the deals not even worth it. Done with jane.com.
I am not sure why Jane.com is getting such bad reviews. I ordered a cardigan and it was shipped immediately and I received the item within a week of ordering. Another time I ordered a pair of shorts that were too small and all I had to do is return them to the vendor and I was refunded immediately. Good prices and much less expensive than buying retail.
What a joke of a business. The low prices are not worth the hassle. Jane.com has poor customer service to the point the Jane.com rep was beyond rude which is why I will never purchase thru this scam website again. I contacted Jane.com about a purchase that was quite misleading about what the actual product was supposed to be and the reps response was appallingly rude. Beware all is good with jane.com until you have an issue with an order, need to do an exchange or return, or have a u questions about a product. Save yourself the headache.
I am a realtor and ordered some first home ornaments for my buyers and what a disappointment. I am throwing away because I am too embassed to give to my customers Horrible quality. Should have cost less than a dollar and cost me 8.00 plus tax a piece. Took over 3 weeks to received and to top it off can't stop receiving their email. Do not ordered with this company.

Please note it should be zero stars! I have emailed the company and have left several messages with zero response. I had a fraud issue with someone purchasing an item with Jane with the person using my PayPal account. Beyond upset.
I clicked on the website to see what it's about and as soon as I did, a pop up made me enter my email, which I refused to do until I see what the merchandise looks like. I backed out and clicked again 8 times. Always the pop up. I finally put my email in anyways just so I can see the website and it said invalid. I use this email every single day for everything. This website must be fake. So disappointed.
I ordered a cable knit throw from here and received an email saying they would email when shipped. My account was charged but doesn't seem to have been shipped yet. I sent 2 emails with no response and posted the question on their Facebook page but they removed my question and still have not responded. Seems shady and I wouldn't recommend. Not worth the hassle.
On February 7 I placed an order for a shirt. It showed on my credit card with tax and service fee. On February 11 a charge for 94 cents showed from Jane. I really wanted to speak to someone there as I was worried my account might have been hacked. I could find no phone number for Jane. I emailed customer service. They replied back that the service charge was for Route, a third party that handles the shipping and returns. They never addressed that it was a separate charge made four days later. I downloaded Route. You are supposed to be able to track your pkg. All I get is no ETA. It is now February 18. The map shows it is still in Utah. I'm in Texas. I will never order from Jane again.

Purchased a T-shirt and sweatshirt (not cheap). Neither look anything like the pictures on website and T-shirt fit like a dress. Sweatshirt was a medium and fit my small child. Tried to return them and Customer Service claims they are "Customized" therefore not returnable?! There's nothing customizable about them. Such a rip off! Ended up donating clothes and I'm out $50.

I ordered 3 pillow beds for 3 grands. The picture shows the pillow bed. Very cute great price. It's delivered and all is, Is material. I was so disapointed. My fault but I didn't read about returns. I have to pay shipping for something totally unusable unless I make another purchase for stuffing. First and last order!
I placed an order for 4 pair of Muk Luk boots and only after multiple emails over 2-weeks asking for or a status of my order; I received an email indicating they had oversold their stock. After 2-weeks after the purchase?!

I have order many things from here and they are always exactly what I expected! The shipping can take a while sometimes but other than that this site is one of my favorites to order from and I couldn't even name everything I've ordered and they always come in! The quality is always great too! I definitely recommend Jane!
I ordered a dress and 3 tee shirts, checked the size guide, ordered the sizes according to their guide. All were way too large. Wanted to exchange the dress for smaller size. Had to pay for shipping to return it and then enclose another $5.00 for them to send the smaller size. Other companies Ive dealt with pay return shipping if you are exchanging an item. So I ended up paying $10 extra. As to the tees, sold by Beadshbee Boutique, through Jane.com. Be very leary of them as well. They sent me an email stating they had received my return and would credit my account. One week later, they said they were recharging my credit card on one of the tees, when enquired why, I was told I'd have to take that up with Jane.com... so confusing and disappointed. Shop elsewhere is my advice.
I have ordered many things from Jane.com and love all of them. I have not ordered jewelry but the clothes are very cute and as pictured. The size charts are accurate. I have contacted a couple different of the sellers via Jane and every time has been excellent customer service.
I have purchased multiple items from Jane.com. I have been pleased with all of the items I have received! The sizing is not off for me, I usually wear smalls sometimes a medium, and the shoes I have purchased from them are my favorite pair. They will tell you in the description of the item if sizes differ or color. I also purchased home decor from them and love what I have received! Great company with good prices.
I guess it's my own fault for not looking into it more however, the vast majority of websites these days allow you a resonable method for making returns. That has not been the case with my purchases. Returns are difficult or impossible, depending on the vendor. I needed to return a pair of $45 boots and had to pay $22 in shipping to send them back. I also purchased a sweater (shown in photos as having very long sleeves) and the product that arrived was basically 3/4 sleeves. Apparently the return policy is that you can only make a return if you take a VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING PROCESS. That is ridiculous. Add to that, when you hit the Unsubscribe button in their emails, nothing happens. Terrible platform. I recommend avoiding it completely.
My order came in at a decent time, especially considering the struggles associated with Covid 19. However, out of the 5 items I ordered, 3 were not great quality anddidnt quite match the product pictured. I guess this is a "get what you paid for" type situation. Probably will not order from them again.
Shipping times are much much longer than states. First company shipped the wrong item. Then today I contacted them about an order I placed on Novermber 5th that I still haven't recieved and was told all the orders had been lost and their mother was too sick to make more. What? I thought I was ordering from a company not someone's mother. There is no way one person could sew all those bags. Jane.com should have investigated that so called company better. I will never order from th again.
I purchased4 face masks. It took almost a month to get here but that might be due the post office being so slow. When they did arrive the masks turned out to be way too big to wear. This purchase turned out to be a $50 mistake.

I have bought shoes, tops and bags from Jane.com and have always been happy with my purchases. Shipping can take a little longer, but that is not a deal breaker. The quality if the products that I have purchased has been superior.
I am a vendor on deal sites and they all operate the same. It is not the site itself that creates issues such as late shipping, poor quality or bad customer service. It is the individual vendor. Jane does a very good job of vetting their vendors but sometimes they too are scammed by vendors who present themselves as reliable and turn out to be diffferent. Jane does take action accordingly. I do not take it personally when a deal doesn't do well or a deal is declined. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. I think deal site customers are hard to read. Would be nice to see there demographic so we as vendors could target their audience better. Dont believe all this bad stuff you read its only one or two peeps out of the millions who enjoy deal sites!

My experience has been HORRIBLE! Although they have great deals the customer service is horrendous! I have been trying to contact them for days without responses. My item was to be shipped days ago and is still processing. HIGHLY dont recommend.
Their customer service reps are snobby b*tches and if you correct them they won't respond to your e-mails. They basically told me my pictures weren't good enough for them to run the deal meanwhile I have them professionally taken and photoshop edited once the deal is approved. They also take too much of a percentage! Not worth supporting such a mean and greedy business.
I ordered a dress a month before an important event. They charged me immediately, but the event has come and gone and I have never received the dress. No tracking number has ever been sent and I can't get an straight answer about where the dress is or when I will get it. Terrible company.

The lifelike doll that my Grandaughter picked. Is NOT what we got. Holy Hell i was better off going to the store and grabbing a 20$ doll off the shelf. They would look the same! Sad. Not a weighted body or lifelike at all. $80.00 for crap. Never recommend/ order from here again. Injoy the 80% mark up from your 10$ doll. Thus is just heartbreakin for my Grandaughter, its the same as her other cheap - plastic, hard to feel real dolls. Ship what you sell. Its kinda simple
