I've ordered multiple items since 2018, but my most recent purchase was for little hair bows for my nieces. Words cannot describe how adorable these turned out. Had to place 2 orders because they were so cute! Plus, they came in their cute little packaging. Definitely coming back! :) Thank you Jane!
Cute designs that last only two or four wears. Consistently disappointed with the quality. The sweaters pile and pants tear at the seams with normal use.
Terrible company. Everything is made cheaply, the shipping takes 14-25 days to arrive and there's no customer service whatsoever. The only contact info they have on their site is text/email and they never reply the first time. I have purchased 4 items and every item was awful quality and I totally regret.
Also I read they take 25% from the sellers on top of the required 40-50% markdown so I doubt the sellers are very happy with the platform either. I have no idea how this site is still in business. Sounds like they are crooks honestly.
I ordered a Christmas shirt, once I got my order confirmation it said it would take over 2 weeks to ship. If you order a Christmas shirt before Thanksgiving you kind of need it before Christmas! It did not ship on the date it said it would, so after waiting past that date I emailed the vendor asking if it was shipping soon. The response I received was, "I will have Jane.com issue you a refund." Well, okay then. Who knows if I will actually get my refund but I won't EVER order from Jane.com again, no matter how great of a "deal" it seems to be. You get what you pay for. Stay away from Jane.com!

I ordered 2 items and was very disappointed. I ordered a pair of boots and they came scuffed with a hole in the toe. Additionally, I ordered a sweater that turned out way too small. Jane does not handle the returns, they refer you external companies and don't refund any shipping costs. I unfortunately won't be using Jane.com again.
I ordered an item. They quickly took my money and then went silent. I ordered on 04/20. Today is 05/12. My one-item order arrived today. It is not great quality; it's not worth returning but it will cement the fact that I would never order from them again. Just shoddy and greedy.

You know I really do love this site but the problem is actually getting the things you order. I ordered several things at once about a month ago and still haven't received the first thing. Im really aggravated seeing how Christmas is almost here and everything i ordered is for Christmas. Itd be nice if they actually had tracking information on items as well. As much as i love this site because of how long it takes to receive stuff I want be ordering anything else. If y'all decide to fix this problem maybe ill start ordering again.
I was very excited to order my first item from Jane.com but was very disappointed because it took nearly a month to get the item! Then, when I got the item it was nothing like the picture or description. The company was not helpful and doesn't care about the customer. Plus it's not worth returning because you have to pay and who knows if you will ever get a refund. I would not recommend this place! Just got buy your clothes elsewhere it will probably we cheaper anyways.
I absolutely love Jane as a company to purchase from and work with! As an influencer, I have worked with Jane numerous time on the marketing front and they have been nothing but prompt and professional. As far as their clothing/shipping goes, everything is amazing quality and arrives very quickly! I could not recommend shopping from their site more!

This is absolutely the worst site. It took 4 weeks before it even shipped! I tried to cancel the order about a week in, and I received some canned response about how theyll notify me when it ships. Really? 3 weeks later, I finally get an email saying it shipped. It is a silly chalkboard. My friend made one that was way nicer and sent it from Florida in like 2 days. I will never order from this site again. School starts in a week, and I don't even know if I'll get it in time. THE WORST!
There are quite a few customer service reps who are very snobby such as kirsti and whitney. They bounce you back and forth via email to get issues resolved. Skip jane.com and buy straight from china. I'll stick to shopping on etsy where I've had 0 issues. The customer service reps need to re-evaluate their attitudes.
Ordered some personalized pillowcases through Jane from a vendor called so Kali. My issue was not so much with Jane however So Kali's customer service was very poor. After 3 months I never received my corrected order and was then refunded begrudgingly. Buyer beware of So Kali vendor through jane.com, you may never get your order.
I ordered two dresses from a seller on Jane. The dresses were both wrong. One, a completely different color (listed as Denim blue, but I received a deep navy blue), and one dress was a completely different style even though I ordered together from the same listing. So, I'm assuming they ran out of the style of dress I requested in ivory and just sent one that was close with no communication.
After contacting the company, we went back and forth until I finally just gave up. The dresses are not that cute and were honestly a waste of money. I will not be using Jane again.

I placed an order because I received an email that stated free shipping for that one day. After placing my order it went straight to place order. I thought the box to put code in would come up before completing. So much for that! After contacting customer service about the issue they told me they did not offer free shipping even though I had email stating they did for that day. I had to pay about $15.00 in shipping charges! I also had another email stating free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 in which mine was. So much for that as well. This is false advertising. BEWARE
Surprised at the horrible reviews. I ordered a two piece outfit for my daughter on jane.com and it arrived in 4 days! Great quality and exceeded my expectations. The vendor was Xcel Couture, they even sent me a 20% off coupon, so I went on their website and ordered a lot of cute items at a really good price, and the coupon was the icing on the cake. Overall, a great experience, and I will purchase from jane.com and Xcel Couture again.
Recently purchased brass "Pipo" pipes that were advertised as a high-quality vintage product. Being a pretty simple design it has 3 elements. One is a screw in poker that should screw securely in place. I ordered 3 of them as gifts. Not one of the 3 worked as advertised and designed. Cheap chinese junk instead of vintage quality. Don't sell JUNK JANE!

I ordered a Puff Sleeve Mock Neck Hacci Top. It took about 10 days to arrive. The style was cute. The size was way too big and fabric was kind of weird. (I had ordered a size up because customers said that it ran small.)

I was sent a product that was defective. It was a shirt but the vinyl on it was bubbled up. I reach out to them they said their policy is you can not return defective products. I won't ever order from them again. If you send a defective product the customer should not be stuck paying for it.
The items are supposed to be discounted, but after you add in $4 shipping when others stores give free shipping it's not really discounted. If you want to return anything, again the shipping is the customer's responsibility. So $8 just in shipping. If you want to exchange add another $4 in shipping for the new item. Most companies have free returns.
It takes at least a week for the shops to mail your item. I bought several items & it took over a week just for them to ship. I'm very disappointed in this company as the focus is not on the customer.
I placed several orders within a 2 day span on the 6th & 7th of March today is the 17th i have still yet to receive 2 items. I was given tracking numbers but sellers never sent the items. I contacted both jane.com & sellers. One seller responded with random responses unrelated to my email request. Jane.com encourages you to contact the seller in order to return items. After 3 emails and another from jane.com another seller decided to respond only to ask for a picture of my item for proof... are you seriously kidding me. I have never experienced anything like this before. I absolutely will not ever shop with jane.com again. Im just hoping I get my money back on the items I never received. Yes... they took my money.
Poor quality! Take your business elsewhere! I ordered a pair of dangle, tear drop earrings from Jane.com. The color and detail looked NOTHING like they appeared in the photo. I also ordered a "single pearl" necklace from them the same day as the earrings. Once again, it appeared to look nothing like it was advertised! The pearl was advertised to be "threaded" through a little bar. However, it was not. It said that the chain was sterling silver, as it was 70% off, and it looks like i picked it up from Claire's! Please don't waste your money! I will NEVER order anything from them again!

I've been.buying from Jane for years. Never had any issues, with a purchase or return. Now, I need to return something. I've filled out their form and waited. And waited. Filled out a couple of times. Get the same canned letter, with no help to return. They list their hours, but no phone number. I will NEVER order from them again.
I bought what I thought was the cutest sweatshirt! When it arrived I noticed the material felt odd, very cheap. The packaging said made in China. I wore it only one day and the zipper broke and the fabric around the cuffs was already pilling. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact the seller directly. I did that, an esty seller so I thought Great! Nope, haven't heard a word. $28.00 wasted.
They treat their vendors HORRIBLE. They make you have a minimum of 75-100 items that you have to sell and when you don't sell anything they won't let you re-run the item. That leaves you stuck with inventory you can't sell. They play favorites and let certain companies do what they want and flat out deny other companies. I don't suggest working with them at all! If you do possibly get an item approved to run, there ends up being the exact same item run 5 times before your deal gets put up. And they place you on the bottom where do one can see you! This company is a scam.
