I ordered this dress custom order so I didn't have to do any alterations. The actual dress was two sizes bigger than the custom measurements. The small bolero jacket was two sizes too small and doesn't fit at all. I have contacted them and asked for some help but have only received an email saying that the warranty period is expired. The warranty for this site is only five days and it takes 3 to 5 weeks delivery. They were no help whatsoever. The alterations are now costing me $150 and the dress will still not be completely fixed as some alterations are impossible due to the style. I am trying to get a new bolero and only have ten days to the wedding. There customer service has not been helpful and offered me 20% off if I want to make an additional purchase. At this time I do not recommend this site.
L custom size my dress (waist 26, bust 33 and hip 36). The dress they sent me has 24" waist and considering the dress has 3 layers, it reduces the waist to 23.5. Also the dress was to have 3.5 inches for heel but that was not added so now I am stuck with a dress that cannot be zipped up, too short and a beige dress instead of gold that I ordered (I can accept the colour difference). The dress was not made according to my specification. Jenny Prom customer service refuse to refund me back my money, instead they are asking me to take the dress to get it altered. How can a dress that is way too tight and short be altered? If the dress was too long and loose then I would have been able to get it altered. I have reported the matter to my credit card company and the fraud department is now dealing with the matter. I will not be ordering from Jenny Prom again. (I ordered this dress for my son's wedding and I had to find a new dress within one week for the wedding) I tried to post my review on one site that has all positive review but I was blocked
