Jerseys took a little longer then expected so I reached out via email and was contacted immediately by Dana. Dana checked into my order, got back to me right away with updates. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Okay first things first, yes I received my jersey. I ordered it in January and only just received it yesterday (May). That doesn't bother me so much as I understand there is a huge global delay with the current pandemic. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because my tracking number did not work which is when I started thinking it was a scam. Please fix that. Anyway, I am planning to buy another jersey from these guys as it is quite good quality. Thanks

My son bought some jersey's for himself and his cousins. We ordered Vince Carter jersey's and were sent Leonard jerseys, so we returned it. Its been over 5 months and they will not reply to our email or refund our money.
Stay away from these crooks.

Ordered 2 jersey's from this site, have left 3 messages (had to use their website contact us to do it) and have received no reply. I wish I would have looked at reviews prior to ordering. Just now found out it's a Chinese site with an alias as the domain holder. Stay Away. If possible I'd like to make sure my card isn't charged.

Beware! I ordered two jerseys in November and still haven't received anything yet. They charged my account more than what was agree on and even charged me for international shipping fees. I e-mailed them several times with no response back. This site is still up and running. I hope the Feds shut these sites down quick! American people are losing their hard earned money on these thieves! Trump if you see this..."I need my money back ASAP!"

It's implied on their website that you will receive your package "to your door" within 7 days. When you receive confirmation it states between 7-30 working days which could mean up to 1.5 months.
Domain is registered in Panama. Payment goes to someplace in China.
I did an immediate charge back with Paypal and got a full refund.
This site makes you believe that they are associated with MLB, they are not. The items are cheap imitations from what I've read... if you get anything at all.
Spread the word... AVOID THIS SITE

Bought a Newcastle United shirt for my daughter, for Christmas. It looks totally genuine, that is until you compare it with one from the official Newcastle United store. The differences are phenomenal when you look closely. Plus the sponsor logos are peeling off, as is the personalised name and number we had applied after purchase. The material is totally different to the genuine shirt too. Don't buy from these people. It's worth the extra to buy the original shirt.

I guess you could say I received my products but they were nothing like what was advertised on the site and one was so badly damaged it can not be worn. I contacted "Art" and he was extremely rude and told me pretty much tough luck all sales are final view the terms and conditions. I will be reporting this website as fraud and following up with my credit card company.

I wish I could leave a negative star. I asked a simple question via email about how to order a split jersey. They provide me with a set of instructions that had bad grammar and was confusing. I sent a message asking for clarification and they responded, "Did you even read the instruction sent to you? All your questions are answered within them. If you will not even take the time to read the information we will not move forward with this process. To many issues can happen with split jerseys."

Who in the heck do they think they are? I absolutely hate this era of computer courage. I haven't spent a dime with them, but I'm thankful they acted like a jerk before I lost $170. Also glad I found these other negative reviews to know they are indeed corrupt. As others stated, save your time and go elsewhere.

This company is based in China. I ordered a jersey two months before my son's birthday. When it didn't come on time I tried to cancel the order and they refused. Luckily my credit card company was able to obtain a refund. A total scam!

What they said. Save your money, this company is a scam. Now I'm stuck with a jersey small enough for a child to wear (not what I ordered) and "customer service" is a joke. They barley speak English and then stop responding instead of fixing their screw up.

I ordered a women's small jersey but received a small kids jersey. Tried on several occasions to remedy the situation it they make you think that it's you're problem for their error.

DO NOT ORDER from these scam artists. This is the sorry response I received.

I was fooled when the website said the store was in Portland. Item is made of light cheap material, loose strings, extra color spots, plastic "authentic" MLB and Majestic tags. You will get what you paid for... a cheap knock-off. I hope it will last me a couple of cleanings...

Ordered a jersey through this site, jersey runs extremely small for size, payed an extra few bucks for an additional stamp on jersey which was never put on, and it got "lost" in the mail for over 2 months. This whole site is a scam! Please do not order anything from these people

Terrible customer service, DO NOT BUY from this company.
I rec'd the wrong item after waiting 4 weeks, no customer service number or email so sent fb message and barely rec'd a response. Still no refund or correct product.

It took forever to arrive with the continued excuse of Due to the British Columbia fires... When it did arrive it was fake. The jersey has no NBA tags, and everything is embroidered not stamped. Money wasted.

Ordered Patriots Brady 12 Superbowl L111 jersey.
When it finally arrived, it was too small. Went back and forth emails wanting pictures if the measurements, but they would not provide a refund.
Waste of time and money. Reported to American authorities.

Pakd Store / VT Jerseys has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I contacted them before my order shipped as it was clear the it was not going to be delivered in time (ordered 10 days earlier and still not shipped) and asked to cancel order. They stalled communication so they could create a DHL shipping label. Three days later the package still had not been picked up, I called DHL and they told me that a shipping label had been created but not scheduled for a pick up, if it had it would have been picked up the same day. More communication, more delay and they start insulting me, telling me 'I don't think' all while clearly lying. Needless to say they refused to let me cancel and eventually created a new label and actually shipped the jersey which arrived later than needed. Don't waste your money, product is poor, collar wont sit properly, panels not stitched cleanly, logos not correct etc.

Sent the wrong item. Tried to blame me for it and then told me to sell it to one of my friends if I don't like it. They were kind enough to offer a pathetic discount on the next order. This is the scum of the earth in action. Stay as far away from this bunch of A holes.

I ordered 3 tops only 2 came in the mail. There package even said 2 items? One of them was wrong so i sent photos etc but nothing, thanks for stuffing up my kids Xmas present you A-Holes. I ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas. Their response was it would ship that evening. No shipment. I inquired (via e-mail) and they responded it would arrive 7 to 10 days. No shipment tracking given. They charged my credit card and I inquired again about the shipment. No response. I got a refund on my credit card as a fraudulent charge and now it seems their site is shut down. If the site goes back online - stay away from them. No way to contact them by phone - only e-mail. This is a fraudulent chinese company

I ordered 2 N. O. Saints jerseys for me & my son because they were cheap. I can't afford the ones in the mall. Finally got them. Everybody knows the Saints colors are black & gold. These were black & brown. Dude, I'm talking Cleveland browns brown. I complained on their site & never received a reply. The address's listed are fake. The display on their site shows the correct colors, but the ones I got were just made wrong. I'm gonna wear it Sunday to the Saints party with a sign "made in china & I saved a bunch".

Never buy off this website. They scammed me $62 and I never received my jersey. They will stop answering to your emails once you call them out for not delivering a product. Please save yourself and do not buy
