Leave well alone. Paid my money got one reply to my emails chasing them up about my order. They said waiting for delivery from manufacturer. Steer clear.

Do not order from this outfit! I gave them a 100.00 order and guess what. They cannot find my order but the credit card payment went through. Still trying to get my money back. Hopefully, the cc company can resolve.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a Mitchell and Ness jersey and received a Nike one. Not only that, it was the wrong size and not even the genuine article. It also took them almost a month to send it, giving ridiculous excuses like the warehouse is too hot which causes delays. They were quick to take payment (literally within minutes), but will not agree to refund the full amount, instead offering to refund a % and telling me to keep the item. Judging by all the reviews, I don't like my chances of actually getting a refund, and will have to leave it with my bank to pursue. Absolute joke!

Total scam, They will not send your Jerseys but take your money... 5-7 days, yeah right try a month and not even an email response. If you feel like spending money on this site you are better off using your cash as toilette paper!

I ordered 6 items in order to get free shipping. Their first email back to me said I only ordered 4 items, and gave me a link to another pay site so I could give them more money. They said if there was a problem for me to speak up before they processed the order. Well, I have spoken up and requested a refund. We'll see how that goes. I do not like scammers and will fight this until every penny is back in my account.

I ordered a jersey of st louis rams weeks before the super bowl. Now it is baseball season and I have not seen it.
I emailed and they apologized, its their busy season. Whatever. It took look enough to get tracking number. Tracked it automatically up til the day it was suppose to arrive.
Day of arrival, post office says return to sender. No found address. Hmm. I can't confirm what address they attempted to send it to.

They sent me the wrong size and then only offered me a 10% return on my money and told me to pay international shipping to return it. The quality of the jersey was horrible as well. This company should be shutdown. I wish I would have searched these reviews prior to purchase.

These are completely fake jerseys. The name in the back came off when I threw it in the dryer on low heat to unwrinkle it. Pay full price to not deal with this. My kids were so upset because we were taking them to get them signed.

Bought a jersey and received a youth jersey instead. Contacted seller and said they would send me the correct one but they never executed to fix the problem. If u have free money to give, this is the right place to shop. These people should be prosecuted

Order placed May 23,2019. Received receipt and my account has been debited, but never received Jersey ordered. Emailed them on June 15th to the email address on the receipt/order confirmation, and email notification received saying, "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups." Tried two more times and received the same message. No other contact information provided. Have not heard from The Plug Outlet, so am going to dispute charge since it has now been almost 4 weeks and other reviews online have been horrible.

I feel so taken advantage of from this company... I ordered 3 jersey from this company what a mistake or product and no refund. They took my money within maybe 2 hours after the order. I had a bad feeling at that point. Boy was I right I have been emailing them for almost 3 weeks 1st they said they already shipped them so they couldn't cancel my order. I waited 3 days for it to track but no info. It's been back and forth since then.No refund no package and no tracking info. Calling my bank next...

Placed order and all was well. Nice product decent prices. Tracked shipment said was delivered but never was. Contacted usps, (the only option for shipping) said package was misdelivered to wrong address. Contacted seller to assist in getting package delivered correctly and was told they shipped to right address and it's up to me to track it down. Very poor customer service. Would gladly pay double for service from company that cares about customers.

Ordered 2 jerseys, the one didn't have the right sleeve type I wanted but whatever the size was correct but the 2nd one was two sizes to small! Won't return it unless I pay for the $#*! up or they give me a discount and I keep it! I don't want a discount cause I'm not ordering there again to get it $#*!ed up again! Worst company ever, Don't order from them!

Made Purchase and my bank was charged with $4 more than the actual price, then never received meerchandise in the mail. No contact info but an e-mail. They replied saying they do not have the items in stock and to choose something else...!#$%@#$%!#$%!

My account says the transaction is pending even though they took my money. I should have not ordered when I saw shipping was $30 flat fee! Just called my bank to dispute the $95. Do not order from this company! It also has a very high scam alert on scamadvisor

I ordered jerseys from this company a month ago, no product in the mail though I have been checking everyday. I emailed them to ask where my jerseys were two weeks ago, and they said to be patient with them and they would send a tracking number shortly. Well, it has been two additional weeks since then, and no tracking number and also, no jerseys. How difficult is it for a company to provide a tracking number? That typically happens immediately with a legitimate company, which this clearly is not. My advice is to stay far, far away from this company.
My girlfriend and I were going to a Red Sox game and wanted to wear our new jerseys for it but alas, this is what I get for trying to save money.
I will certainly be disputing this as this is fraudulent and the company is misrepresenting itself.

I ordered a Jersey, it took a month to get here which is fine, but I got a Adult large and it wouldn't fit a child as a medium! I contacted them and all they said they could do is give me a discount code to order a new jersey from them. I was like NO! How would I know if they would send me the right size again. I wished I checked up on this business before buying. They wont give me a refund and wont take my jersey back. Stay away, the cons and crooks!

I truly wished i had read the reviews about Fanzoutlet before i placed my order. I ordered 3 items all size 2x in Nov. 2018 for my husband for Xmas, all 3 did arrive. However 1 of the jerseys fits more like a mens large and not a 2x & i asked to return the item for a refund. After many emails i sent their customer service i finally received a response that was worded as follows "I am sorry for the troubles. As the question you asked, after discussion we have this idea: Keep the item and add 90% of your total payment to our Western Union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you. Guys it's a scam they charge you for items they don't have then they make you change them without giving you a refund option. They then give you a bogus tracking number eventually after 50 or so emails they said they would refund my money that was four days ago still nothing

I ordered from this company on 11/28/15. I received an e-mail confirmation from them shortly after. I have yet to receive my order. I have tried emailing them via the confirmation e-mail and by the contact us information on the website. I have yet to receive a response from them. The amount they charged my credit card was incorrect. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. I feel a one star rating is too high for them.

I placed an order and received notice from them that it didnt go thru and to order again. Checked my online banking and they had indeed got paid. Finally got my refund and this outfit is bugging me to lift my dispute and to pay them. After 18 days the shirt did come, but I will return it and let them wait, like I did!
