This company is fraud. I placed an order for over $100 for 4 jerseys to get the free shipping. I didn't care how long it would take to get to me I just wanted the jerseys. After 2 weeks with no confirmation of shipping I send an email to the person that I sent by PayPal too. No response. I sent 3 more emails within a week with no response. I also emailed the owner of the webpage and received no response. After disputing with PayPal that has taken another 2-3 weeks they are finally giving me my funds back. They said that as of yesterday. Then today I get an email from jerseyoutlet that their website went down and that my Ofer has been completed to send payment to a new PayPal account. You fool me one shame on you, you fool me twice shame on me. In won't let you fool me twice. Fraud company from China, prices are too good to be true.
Emailed them 5 times with no response. They have no phone number to call. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering on line. Glad other sites are more professional.
Do not order from this outfit! I gave them a 100.00 order and guess what. They cannot find my order but the credit card payment went through. Still trying to get my money back. Hopefully, the cc company can resolve.
Avoid at all costs! I ordered a Mitchell and Ness jersey and received a Nike one. Not only that, it was the wrong size and not even the genuine article. It also took them almost a month to send it, giving ridiculous excuses like the warehouse is too hot which causes delays. They were quick to take payment (literally within minutes), but will not agree to refund the full amount, instead offering to refund a % and telling me to keep the item. Judging by all the reviews, I don't like my chances of actually getting a refund, and will have to leave it with my bank to pursue. Absolute joke!
Total scam, They will not send your Jerseys but take your money... 5-7 days, yeah right try a month and not even an email response. If you feel like spending money on this site you are better off using your cash as toilette paper!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! This is a scam company! Only here to take your money and not send you anything. You will only ever get "your order is ready and will be sending your tracking information soon" responses no matter how much you email, inquiring about your items. They are very evasive. I ordered and paid for jerseys TWO WEEKS AGO... they're still awaiting my tracking info. TOTAL BS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!
I ordered 6 items in order to get free shipping. Their first email back to me said I only ordered 4 items, and gave me a link to another pay site so I could give them more money. They said if there was a problem for me to speak up before they processed the order. Well, I have spoken up and requested a refund. We'll see how that goes. I do not like scammers and will fight this until every penny is back in my account.
Bought a jersey and received a youth jersey instead. Contacted seller and said they would send me the correct one but they never executed to fix the problem. If u have free money to give, this is the right place to shop. These people should be prosecuted
I feel so taken advantage of from this company... I ordered 3 jersey from this company what a mistake or product and no refund. They took my money within maybe 2 hours after the order. I had a bad feeling at that point. Boy was I right I have been emailing them for almost 3 weeks 1st they said they already shipped them so they couldn't cancel my order. I waited 3 days for it to track but no info. It's been back and forth since then.No refund no package and no tracking info. Calling my bank next...
Placed order and all was well. Nice product decent prices. Tracked shipment said was delivered but never was. Contacted usps, (the only option for shipping) said package was misdelivered to wrong address. Contacted seller to assist in getting package delivered correctly and was told they shipped to right address and it's up to me to track it down. Very poor customer service. Would gladly pay double for service from company that cares about customers.
