Jersey Teams World claims to guarantee satisfaction but their "customer service" is nothing but a customer con job. I wanted to exchange a jersey for a larger size and was told to pay $30 "shipping" and they'd send it to me -- no need to return the one that didn't fit. They pocketed the $30 and never sent another jersey. Literally dozens of emails produced nothing but empty promises. Clearly they just wanted me to give up. Not sure if the too-small jersey I received was legit but I doubt it. The company pretends to be London-based but its address goes to a small temporary rental unit. Its website domain is registered to an address in Iceland that's been linked to scam operations. The site itself is riddled with grammatical errors. My guess is that Jersey Teams World churns out cheap counterfeits and gives a big middle finger to any customer who wants to make an exchange or return: "You have a problem? Pay us more money and we'll never solve it, hehe." Soccer fans, steer clear!
