Spent over $400 on shower curtains... after a few weeks I chased up my order only to receive a reply a few days later saying the goods would be dispatched within 2 weeks. When I said that the timeframe was unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund, they said the refund would be processed in 14 days. 17 days later and STILL no refund. After reading all these reviews, I have come to realise that this is a Chinese website who scams Aussies and never delivers the goods. So disgusting! Will be contacting Office of Fair Trading to report them.
I placed an Order in September 2021. Nothing. Like everyone else, I have sent an email and got some excuse. I have asked for a refund and got an excuse. Please do not give them anymore money. The only thing you will get, is less money in your bank account. Now email cannot be delivered.
Office of Fair Trading contacted Jesmine Australia and I have now finally received a full refund. The goods have not been received. And of course, now I do not want them.
I ordered a shower curtain online believing I was buying in Australia (but in actuality it was being shipped from China). My order is dated 2nd September 2020. On the 23rd of September, I sent an email asking where my order was. Got told it had been sent on the 6th of September. After numerous emails and requests for a refund, they stopped communicating. I have now submitted a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading Queensland. And finally checked for other online complaints - and discovered that I am not the only one with this complaint. It appears to be standard practice for this company.
It appears that Jesmine read this scam report posted above and other other sites. And it has had a surprising outcome. Several hours after posting this scam report I received the attached email stating that they will now give me a refund - it will take between 2-7 days. I will keep you all posted.
Tip for consumers:
Despite this company appearing to be "Australian" the products on this site are being shipped from China.
