Beware this company! During a job transition, we had to stay in our RV at an RV park. We were referred to Jetwire for Internet service during our stay, and paid in advance for a month with Jetwire for wireless internet. We had really poor internet service for about two weeks during which our ability to function online was unpredictable at best, and then it stopped working altogether. My husband called to get some help and was told that a field tech would be in touch to schedule a time with us to come out. In the meantime, we had to go to McDonands every night to pay bills, etc. so we had a place to connect online. After a week, we finally heard from the field tech. He said he had "walked by" and our signal was fine. We still were not able to connect, but he wouldn't bother to come out again to solve the problem or schedule a time with us. Jetwire refused to refund us the down time. We cancelled the service to shop elsewhere and requested a refund for the last 7 days, again refused. Not only will you be treated poorly, and not refunded for down time, you will not be refunded any part of your payment if you cancel the service. This ISP will provide you with a terrible experience.
