I've been making jewelry for years, but always run into supply issues and sometimes never find another reliable source. The past few months have been great. I've found a supplier of magnetic stainless steel clasps that add such a great value to my product that will tells me that this company will see my continued support as long as they are in business.

I haven't experienced any bad service from them. I had a late order once but they let me know about the stock that they were waiting for. I had asked them to rush my order and they did. Their website is well designed and oh my goodness you can find anything there. Its amazing.

Although I am new to making my own jewelry, I have been pleased with each order and happy all products are exactly as advertised. The prices are also good value even with international postage included. As an Australian customer, I do appreciate receiving my order on or before the expected date. I now prefer to order quality products from your company knowing I am paying the right prices and my order will arrive in excellent time.

During this time of business closures I needed to find a supply of beaded gemstones. I was reluctant to order direct but sound myself so pleasantly surprised at the ease, quality, price and delivery time I received from Jewellery and Findings. Their customer reward system is very generous and they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I will definitely be buying from them, even when the stores reopen!

This is not a UK company, even though there's a UK address on their website. The fine print tells you that the shipping and return address is another country! China.
Check sizes. What looked like normal pendants on the website are too small for a doll! It's all metric so Americans will probably need a ruler.
If you want to send anything back, it will cost you at least $16... making it not really worth it.
BTW - All this "credibility" stuff on this site... I'm not sharing my personal info for a review.

Contains a constantly changing wonderful random assortment of beads, findings, and all varieties of fun jewelry-making supply's. These can be gemstone, acrylic glass, wood, and metal. Packed full of great little odds and ends, it's been a customer favorite for me this year.

The goods arrived per the shipment tracking.
