First and most importantly customer service is amazing! They handle things in a timely manner and are very pleasant to work with. 2nd, the quality of the items I have bought are amazing and I was VERY pleased with that! 3rd, the time it took to ship. This site is easy to navigate, has so many of the products I'm looking for, a variety to select from, and bulk pricing on a lot of items. I can batch add or remove between wish list and cart, access previous orders, select a specific type of product on my wish list using a dropdown menu, or submit a ticket if needed- all from the same page.

It's a difficult thing for me to trust a new site for my jewelry supplies, but when I found Jewelry and Findings, their prices were sooo good, I just had to try them. I placed a small order (that elsewhere would have cost me 5X the price) and waited. My items arrived within two and a half weeks, and everything was as described, as pictured, and of spectacular quality. Truly. The rhinestones were of a superior quality, and a perfect match for a Swarovski color that I was trying to match. I was repairing a Vintage Les Bernard Brooch with 1.2mm Light Sapphire stones. The original stones were Swarovski, and I needed many... The results were better than I hoped. After the restoration, I, literally, cannot find the stones that I replaced. I will be back. I make my own jewelry and normally buy from Aliexpress, Wish, or Amazon. The first two are decent if you want to wait prolonged periods of time for shipping, and the 3rd is good if you don't mind paying the overprice for fast service.
