Just picked up my truck that was there for airbag recall factory replacement service. Both the driver side and passenger side airbags needed to be replaced. After driving my vehicle come I noticed that the plastic cover over the dashboard gauges was cracked. Also discovered that my engine would NOT TURN OFF with the key... even after I removed the key from the ignition switch. I had to take it to another local automotive repair who discovered that the ignition wires had their plastic end connector broken so some MORON from Jim Manning Dodge had SPLICED the wires together and obviously had gotten it wrong. I've filed a complaint on this with the Bureau of Automotive Repair - this was a factory recall of dangerous airbags and Jim Manning Dodge KNEW THEY BROKE IT AND THAT THE ENGINE WOULDN'T TURN OFF. It makes me question if the airbags they replaced it with even function correctly. Now there's a big crack every time I look at the speedometer and I question the safety of my vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE. Incompetence from the owner, James Manning, down to the Service Manager Bob De Los Santos, and all of the so-called mechanics. I wouldn't trust anything this place sells or claims to do - especially a so-called SAFETY INSPECTION!
