This company is shady. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my package and it said it would be delivered from Fed Ex, never came on that date and when I called Jimmy Jazz they said if we decide to refund you it would take a month! Now I have to dispute the charge. Don't be fooled by their Brand products you can find them elsewhere. These guys are crooks! What good is an awesome product if you never receive it?

I've been shopping online through Jimmy Jazz for a few years now. They have good prices and good quality name brand sneakers that are affordable. Delivery is always quick and on time. Never had an issue. I highly recommend this place to people I know and people I don't.
Worst store ever with worst staff. I sat today for thirty minutes being completely ignored. I asked for a shoe size I was told was in stock and the employee literally walked by me, no shoes, and ignored me telling me to come back later. Worst store, worst staff, go somewhere else! I purchased school items for my son that FedEx misplaced. I than had to reorder most of the clothing in the original package, some sizes were out, without receiving a refund. Although FedEx says the package is lost Jimmy Jazz is refusing me refund me until 15 days has elapsed due to their policy. They then advised me that if I package does turn up last minute I'm responsible for returning the items incurring the cost of the return which will be around $60.00. They refuse to provide a shipping label if the package surfaced AFTER I've already purchased another $600 plus on a new order. DO NOT PURCHASE online. They're predators.

I will never buy from them again. There was a problem with my order and wanted to return and they said I had to pay when it wasn't my fault. I am not going to pay to return when there should be a free return when they sent me the wrong shoes and they said the wearhouse says they were the right ones. They don't believe in customer service!

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! I ordered a pair of 6.5 adidas from Jimmy Jazz, it took two weeks to come in the mail and when the shoe arrived it was noticeably smaller than a 6.5. I actually have the same shoe in a different color from a "real store" that was a "5.5" and the Jimmy Jazz shoe was noticeably smaller. I called to return the shoe and the agent said all purchases are final. I asked for a Supervisor and she didn't want to transfer me over but did after 20mins of arguing. The supervisor was no help either. It's safe to say that Jimmy Jazz products are fake and I will never do business with them again... BEWARE!

My son ordered from Jimmy Jazz and PayPal had the wrong address on file I went back-and-forth between FedEx and Jimmy Jazz trying to get the item redirected Jimmy Jazz stated that FedEx would have to redirected the item when I called FedEx that stated that they would have to get the authorization from JJ because Jimmy Jazz has a restriction on their items and no changes can be made without their approval. Basically the package was sent to the wrong address and is now being shipped back to JJ and now I'm told it will be a 15% stocking fee. It could've all been avoided if Jimmy Jazz would've contacted FedEx to have the item redirected or had it so that I could pick it up at a FedEx location.

I made a purchase, and my Paypal had an older address that it was directed to. As soon as I approved the purchase, I realized this, and contacted Jimmy Jazz. I emailed them and called them. They assured me that my request was received and being handled to change the address. Not long after, I received an email that the Fedex label had been created for this incorrect address. I emailed, and called again, expressing my concern and wish to have it re routed, or cancelled so I could order again and have it sent to the correct address. I was assured that they would contact the plant, and have the package pulled. Today, the package shipped to the wrong address still. I called and emailed again. Multiple times. They would not even offer to contact Fedex to reroute. They told me they couldn't do that. I have sold goods that required shipping for 20+ years. I've had to contact Fedex many times to have packages re routed. After numerous attempts to have Jimmy Jazz help, they stopped responding. I would never order from them again, and will advise anyone else in my circles to do the same. I've been treated better by mega retailers in situations like this. I wish I had read reviews on Jimmy Jazz prior to purchasing. There are many other reviews like mine complaining about their service.
Brought over 300 worth of stuff. Shoes had no box and the other pair had a stain. My stuff in box was wet but outside box was clean with no stain. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM.

Customer service not people-friendly and very allergic to communication. Glad I stopped ordering from their website a year ago.
Jimmy jazz has constant glitches with their system. I submitted a detailed return request with pictures and it took 4 days to receive a label.
I'm checking bank statement and see a credit for a partial refund.
It seems that the returns department didn't receive the pictures I submitted so that they could cross reference the pictures I sent about 8 to 10 days ago to the item I returned.
My problem is that JimmyJazz should have never shipped that item to begin with. The item was defective and had generic Jimmy Jazz price tags. The definition of the word new must mean something different to JimmyJazz but from what I gather it means: a new item is unused, unworn, in manufactures plastic shipping bag,, with original price tags attached by manufacturer.
Not the case with this item.
Returns aren't free when you need a printer, electricity, paper, ink, gas for your car to drop off at nearest UPS site.
So now I have to wait to hear back from their returns department?
Unacceptable business practices.
Their internal communications let down shouldn't cause a delay and if a delay were to happen, a supervisor should be able to provide actual customer service and refund immediately!
I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP THIS REVIEW WITH YET ANOTHER FOR THEIR FRESH POINTS PROGRAM WHICH WAS SUSPENDED 3 YEARS AGO AND POINTS ACCRUED WERE NEVER HONORED AFTER THEY UPGRADED THEIR WEBSITE.
