1 month after ordering from them nil updates whether there is a delay etc emailed them no response, luckily I have paypal Ill get my money back. One thing for sure their website is unreliable so is customer service

This place is the worst. Do not order. Placed an order in February of 2023 and had no updates on shipping/tracking, so I emailed in early April. They said it would be another two weeks, I said fine. Time goes by and I eventually email asking for a refund. No response. Honestly forgot about it. Then August comes and I'm looking through my PayPal and remember about the purchase. Contact AGAIN asking for a refund and it said I'm blocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed my order, 2 months ago, but the item has not been sent. I kept emailing them, and they replied once saying it will be sent soon. That was over a month ago and they are now ignoring all emails that I have sent. I finally got tired of waiting and sent an email to request a refund, but they ignored me and said it was going to be sent out soon. Now, I emailed them ahain for another time asking for a refund and they just dont reply anymore. I have purchased clothes here before so I thought this site was safe, but seems more like a scam now. I do not recommend purchasing from here.
I ordered from Jing in February and still have not received my order. I can no longer email them since they have their emails blocked. I tried reaching out to them on IG through DM asking for a refund and my message would be ignored. I couldn't even win the case with my bank because I took too long to file a case in hopes that I'll receive my package I'm a patient person, but this is ridiculous & customer service is no help whatsoever. People on tiktok should really stop promoting this company especially after receiving comments from their followers having the same issue.
The order was placed on Feb 10th, it is now April 7th still have not received the items. Sent multiple emails and standard reply was "order still processing". I've asked the to cancel the order and refund the money, but not with gift card as I will never order from them again.

When I check to see if there's any updates, it says it's "active" and that it's "waiting to be shipped". Overall a great experience. The website is good, the delivery is okay, the customer service is warm-hearted. I ordered a few items during the past months, actually, the quality is pretty good given that the price is so affordable.

If there's no star I would've given no star. I would not recommend buying from this company. Slow to respond to concern and shipping are slow. It's been a month and I haven't receive my shipping confirmation. Customer care not responding, Took my payments and can't get refund or my order. I would not buy from this company again. Save me the heartache and headache.

I purchased expedited shipping on a big order last month and to this day my order status is still "awaiting shipment". I have reached out to JING twice and both times I got the same BS automated response that my package was on its way soon. I got frustrated and eventually emailed them i wanted a refund. Never got a response back. Sent a second email a week later saying I wanted a refund and still no response. They will take your money and run. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I Purchased my order on January 16th, two weeks later i contacted the customer service, They said will ship outsoon, until now i never get any update on my order, never received. This is a very bad experience.
There are so many new outfits whenever I visit the J.ING page. The crop tops are so cute and there are a ton of 90s-2000s styles to choose from it seems. I really like the floral vintage shirt I bought from them recently. Looks and feels great!

I emailed customer service in late December, so a month ago (and a month after my order) and never got a reply. I emailed customer service again last week and again, no response.
I then DMed their IG account and it was an autoreply telling me to contact their customer service email.
So I have no products and my money was taken.
TOTAL SCAM. AVOID.

I placed an order on February 28,2023. The order was never shipped, and it is now April 25th. This was not a pre-order item. In fact, this very item is on clearance now. The website states that non-preorders ship in 1-5 days. This is not true; you will most likely never see your package. I've reached out to customer service numerous times. I only received one response, which was automated. I even called their customer support number. I called during their working hours, which are indicated at the beginning of the call. However, I was still hit with a voicemail box and a message that, despite working beginning at 8am, 10am their time is outside their working hours.
A lot of money was lost. Buyer beware, this is a scam.

I think it is a scam website. I ordered some clothes, and the status always shows "awaiting shipping" forever. Luckily, I contacted Paypal to get back my money.
The products are good, that's why I made three different orders in january, but until now I haven't received anything, neither my purchases nor a refund of the money I paid, I'm very disappointed, no explanation was given, I was just left with the loss.
I purchased a coat and two sweater tops to wear on my birthday. But I never got a chance, because it's been two weeks, yet I never got any emails regarding shipping. I called and emailed them to cancel my order, but they NEVER got back to me. Now, I am left frustrated and won't ever shop at J.ING EVER AGAIN.
I barely write reviews but writing this to prevent other people from what I had to deal with this company.
I placed an order but they didn't ship as they stated on their website ( order process time: 1-5 business day), after 2 week waiting, I sent an email to customer service to cancel my order as it was too late.
And they did not reply. So I disputed a charge.
After the dispute, about 2 MONTHS after my order, they sent me an email that the package is on the way and asked to cancel the dispute.
So I received the package more than 2 months after my order ( I ordered short sleeve styles and I received them in winter!), and their return process is super complicated. I had to email again and waited for return authorization number and there is no shipping label, I had to ship them with my own expense that I asked to cancel from the first place.
Then, now I found out the disputed / credited amount was charged all over again on the same day my return package was delivered.
I have been wasting the return shipping money with hours and days with this company. I hope no one has to go through such horrible experience with this company.
J-Ing sitejabber review
I bought one of J-Ing's most popular dresses, the pink puffy one. I went with a size S as I figured that a slightly tighter fitting dress would look good on my small waist (I have an hourglass figure, but I checked their measurements beforehand). However, once I received the dress, I was not at all impressed. The dress looked like it was made from a different material than the one in their photos, and the color was also more saturated than pictured online. The dress looked awful on me, and it felt cheap. Considering that this dress was over $100 and that I had to pay $15 return shipping, I wasn't very impressed. The return process was also a little bit confusing, and overall it felt way too messy for an item that was so expensive. The purchase made me underwhelmed and I returned the dress. The website has beautiful clothes on display, but the issue with color and size, and paying hefty shipping despite the products being expensive already, makes me shy away from them.
Since February I made an order which they never sent me and I complained too many times I sent emails I tried to contact them to get my refund and they have not done so, never answer emails, do not order in this store!

It's been nearly 8 months and I still have not get my refund and they never respond :( Jing received my return items of RMA# 65VVFZ4B, but refund to store credit was never processed since 9/16/22. Hopefully they will respond when they see this negative review...

I used to order from Jing before but this time I feel so disappointed. I placed order on Sep14.
It' s been one month. Nothing! When I sent email.No response but they just created tracking number.It doesn't work :( I spent more than $100 and now I think I might lost it.
I hope I can get the refund if I don't get the package. But I would rather to get the package because I really like Jing's clothes. It is good quality and fit me well.
Don't scam people because every one already suffer from economic on these days.
