1 month after ordering from them nil updates whether there is a delay etc emailed them no response, luckily I have paypal Ill get my money back. One thing for sure their website is unreliable so is customer service

Beware it's not the same item! I contacted customer service for many days now and each time they tell me that 1) I should understand it's an advertising effect (what does that even mean?) that the product I received is similar but still as popular and cute, and 2) I am in charge of return shipping charge even though I received a different item. So disappointed with them as I've been a loyal customer but now I don't think I'll ever be buying from them again for fear of receiving the wrong item again. FYI, what is shown on the product page should be what I receive. Yes it's made in china but I at least expect the design/style to be the same… if color is a little off it's ok. If material is not as flowy as it looks fine. But a whole different look and feel to it? Just no. I received the top with rhinestones on the collar and instead of shorts I got a skirt. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but this is just too much.
Well on the bright side at least I received my product after emailing and asking them for the tracking number. But this was my last purchase from them back in April 2023 and I never went back.

I wouldn't shop with them ever again. I had shopped with them in the past and it was nothing but good experience. The company completely went downhill. I basically placed an order on 12/08/2022. Waited a week and no updates so I emailed them. They replied stating because of covid there has been a delay with restocking their items, they're expecting to ship my items within a week. Fast forward to today 01/07/2023. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATES ON MY ITEMS AND NOTHING WAS SHIPPED! I EMAILED THEM AGAIN. This time they didn't reply immediately! I had to reach out on multiple social media platforms to get them to reply! YET AGAIN THEY GAVE ME MORE RUNAROUNDS. HOW PATHETIC IS THIS COMPANY?!?! COVID STARTED BACK IN 2020! Like many others, I placed my order in November 2022. 4 out of 5 items shipped. It is now March 2023, and I still did not get the last item, but they charged me for it. I contacted them in February 2023 asking for a refund since it is now 3 months and I havent gotten the item. Initially, I got a reply saying they will refund me. Now another month and a half, I still did not get my refund nor my item. I have tried contacting them again on three other occasions, and still no response. This company will charge you upfront for items and if they don't ship, they won't respond to your emails nor would they refund you. Essentially, they will steal your money.
Side note, my opinion is that they will try to delay your claim until too long has passed for you to dispute the charge. The other thing is, if they steal a small amount, they would hope customers won't bother to go through the dispute process for it. This company is NOT trustworthy at all.

It was a very bad experience for me. I followed a YouTuber who recommended this site, which I had never heard about the name of J.ING before. I chose to believe in that YouTuber, which was my biggest regret among all of my online shopping experiences.
Long story short, I wanted to return my first order as the size doesn't fit. Before I placed the order, the customer care always replied to my email in the first place, which gave me the confidence to make the payment. However, since I was asking for the return, then the nightmare started.
The customer care replied to my email very slowly. Finally, they wanted me to ship at my expense to their warehouse. It's still OK. I did what they asked and offered them the tracking number. The delivery took only a few days. Then, there is no then.
I spent the upcoming one month trying to reach them by all means, writing an email, calling the customer number and leaving messages. Simply, nobody from customer care showed up any more. Btw, their return department number, *******955, you won't have any chance to reach them, because nobody on that end all the time. In one word, when you ship them back the returns, the whole customer care team just disappears forever.
In summary, if you got what you wanted after having received the clothes, congrats. Otherwise, don't ship them back the returns, as you pay the shipping fees and send them the original clothes for nothing. You won't see the refund, as nobody from J.ING will talk to you any more. Any bad comments? They don't care about it. The customer care from J.ING, it is just no more than a joke. Think about how much money and time and patience you lost?
Last but not least, every time when J.ING customer care saw the negative review, they would reply immediately something like below:
Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please contact us via email or WeChat for further help. Thank you. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought you. Thank you for supporting J.ING!
But then, still nothing will happen. They just use the above feedback to put an end to any negative review.

As can be seen from my experience, if you are sure you can get the right clothes, you can give a try. Otherwise, you should not ship back for the refund. Because when your return reaches their warehouse, you won't hear from them any longer. Check other comments, you will see the same complaint.
