I purchased a course from Jobaaj for ₹25,000, believing it would be a great investment for my learning. However, shortly after purchasing, I found that the same course was being offered for ₹6,000 or ₹7,000. This price discrepancy left me feeling deceived, especially when I had been promised a "no-questions-asked" refund policy.
Despite reaching out to their customer support over a period of 1.5 months and requesting a refund based on their own policy, I have received no satisfactory response. It's frustrating when a company makes promises that they do not honor.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a course from Jobaaj to carefully reconsider. Their refund policy seems non-existent, and they don't seem to value customer satisfaction.
Why is Jobaaj refusing to honor its "no-questions-asked" refund policy, especially when the same course is being sold at a significantly lower price shortly after my purchase? I have been waiting for over 1.5 months for a response to my refund request, and I have received no help or clarification. Can someone from Jobaaj provide an explanation or assistance in resolving this issue?

I recently purchased a professional course from Jobaaj, and my experience has been nothing short of a scam. At the time of purchase, I was promised high-quality course content, a job bank guarantee, and even told that I could get a refund if I found any issues with the course. Unfortunately, this turned out to be far from the reality.
After attending a webinar later on, I discovered that the same course I paid 25k for was being sold for just 6-7k to other customers. This price difference felt like a blatant overcharge, and I immediately felt deceived. I reached out to their support team, but their response was inadequate, with poor communication and no real resolution.
What's even worse is that while Jobaaj claims to help students secure jobs, the positions offered are not in line with the course they purchased. Students are placed in jobs that don't align with their training, and after a few months, these students are let go by the companies because the course didn't actually prepare them for the job. This is misleading and unethical.
I was assured that I could get a refund if I found any issues with the course, but here I am with no resolution. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
To anyone considering purchasing from Jobaaj, BE WARNED. Don't fall for the false promises of job guarantees or the overhyped courses. This company is more interested in making a sale than actually delivering value to its students. Don't let yourself be trapped by their deceptive marketing. Look elsewhere for a quality education and career opportunities—this is a complete waste of time and money.
