I have shopped multiple times from the Jolse site and never faced any issue. They ship the order within a week and give standard shipping 2.5$ for orders less than 40$ which is so good. Nicely packed with so many cool samples, pair of socks, free sheetmask and hair tie. Great customer care service. Prompt reply amd solve the issue quickly too. They have all the latest launches in stock. Highly recommend
I ordered my items on 2024-01-02 and the tracker said they were delivered on 2024-01-17. The first thing that I did was check my mailbox and check with the building management for my parcel. And it was not delivered. Then I checked with Canada Post to find out about the parcel. The Canada Post said they don't release the information to the receiver. Only then, I submitted the issue to Jolse. They reply to me with it's been delivered link and need the letter from the Post. All they had to do was contact the Canada Post to investigate and Jolse failed to do so. I finally got my items on 2024-02-07. I got lucky to get my ordered items but with this kind of service I don't see myself buying with Jolse again.

I ordered a product 2020-03-08. So it's more than 3 months now. Still awaiting shippment. I've sent them 2 e-mails. They're ignoring them. Please don't order from Jolse. I recommend YesStyle - great and fast customers service, you always get a package.
The reason you see so many positive reviews is because they pay per review. They insist that their products are genuine but I received a fake mud mask. PayPal no longer offers protection for cosmetics and their (Jolse) customer service is a joke.

I ordered A LOT of things months ago and they sent a track number. Never updated it after "leaving Korea". Never arrived. They won't answer LOTS of emails containing the information. No products and no money back.
Went out and bought the cosrx set... first off customer service was terrible it took a month for it to get to me and it never updated tracking information ever...2nd the stuff I got I'm allergic to and had an immediate reaction. I can't return it and now im out 100 bucks for a product I can't use

Jolse sent me a fake Troxederm repair mist, and I flagged that it was fake to customer service based on the cheap plastic component since I've previously purchased the product from other reputable vendors. They assured me I was wrong, and so I tried it and it smelled nothing like the original product and had no benefit on my skin. When I notified them that I still believed this was fake and needed to return it, they told me I couldn't return it because I opened it…but I only did that because they lied to me about its authenticity. They're selling fake products! This is so dangerous!

Honestly, I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior. Terrible, terrible customer service. They are just unwilling to cooperate on solving continuing problems. At the end you only lose money and your nerves are broken.
The first order I did not receive. The second was AGAIN unsuccessfully delivered yet I was prepared and managed to get to it... Only to find they shipped four out of 16 products paid for. It seems the order was split without my consent. So I have to pay double for customs and delivery service since I rely on delivery service mediator. Also, I had to wait an hour and a half for the first part, I don't know how much I would wait for the second and it is an inconvenience. I write to them and every time they refuse to investigate the delivery problem or to take action. I told them I am ready to pay the return costs of the first order if they ship it again. They just told me I have to pay everything: the original shipping cost+ return costs+ the next shipping. So, oh so unprofessional.

Against my wishes, Jolse upgraded the shipping method to DHL for no valid reason. The parcel was not too heavy (very small parcel with like 7 small items such as a lip balm). I could take DHL, I had free express shipping BUT decided to take Canada Post given the fact that DHL charges customs and extra processing fees which can easily lead to 1/3 of your order. I reached out to them asking why they did it. They wrote back stating it was too late and given their policy they will not assist me. THEY UPGRADED IT. I THEREFORE DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Feels like a scam to me, or at least THE worst customer care ever, I will not buy from there again. Yestyle has cheaper prices and isn't a scam. Therefore I'll buy from there instead, they also ship with your prefered method instead of adding extra cost to you. VERY ANGRY.
I went to DHL to calculate the extra fees... Around 45$ CAD for and order of 98$ US. Ridiculous.
I am always skeptical about ordering from international sites, so before i ordered i made sure to research the company. The first thing i always do is google "[site or company name]" and the word "scam". Then i look up reviews from people who have purchased from them. After i felt comfortable with the site. I made a big order so that i could receive free EMS shipping (almost 200 dollars worth of products). They were also having a sale at the time so i got a good deal on everything.
I waited 2 days before i got an email telling me that my order shipped out. I tracked my package religiously (once an hour). I started getting worried after the 3rd day, because the tracking information did not change for the whole day. Then on the morning of the 5th day my tracking info updated. It probably took so long because it was flying over from Korea to the US. On the seventh day after i place my order, i received everything and more.
It came with so much bubble wrap! All my products came undamaged and they gave me a lot of free stuff. Some of them were really random and weird (Hello Kitty socks, a colorful braided hair tie, a small rough cloth and normal stuff like product samples, full-sized hand lotion, nose strips and masks), but it was free so i can't complain. My Innisfree lotion and skin (toner) were packaged in a clear cellophane bag with a colorful tie on the top. All products were authentic and in very good condition.
I really love their prices, quick shipping (at least with EMS) and they give a good deal of freebies, even though they might be super random.
I thought customer service was a priority for businesses? Well apparently these guys only give a crap about money. I put in the wrong address, I know I stuffed up. I had everything correct, the city etc but put in the wrong country. They have told me my package is going back to their warehouse though they will not ship my package to me "due to cost issues". I have never has such customer service. Last year, a totally different online store sent my order to the wrong house (I had the correct address on the package), I let them know about my missing order, they then sent another package of my order out to me and when that arrived so did my previous order, I did not have to pay anything extra even though I told them about the extra order. JOLSE ON THE OTHER HAND, are atrocious and embarrassing. I will never shop from these guys, I have pretty much just thrown $40 out the window. I will not receive a refund or a reshipment. Let's hope your package doesn't go missing because you will not receive a new one without paying again. People make mistakes. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

Arrived: 17th March
Picked up: 20th March.
Customs charge: 4.25USD for discharge charges of both packages.

+ Doesn't do anything about customs charge! No insurance coverage from the seller.

+ They take ALL 5 days to ship! 5 DAYS!
Would I buy from them again? Regardless, I would. Again & Again!
You can go to 5 or 6 six stored and gets items for cheaper and get to you faster, they dont care about customer

Hice una compra de 60 dolares en un dia de promocion de envio gratis sin minimo de compra, fue la peor decision que pude tomar. Jolse no se hace respomsable por paquetes extraviados y no te dan numero de guia o seguimiento para que puedas rastrear tu paquete. Nisiquiera puedo estar segura de que realmente lo enviaron.
Vi reviews en youtube y eran buenas con envio a mexico de alrededor de 2-3 semanas. Ya ha pasado un mes y 12 dias desde el dia de mi compra y no ha llegado el paquete. Sinceramente ya no lo estoy esperando. No puedo pedir reembolso ni nada por que JOLSE no se hace responsable.
