Don't Believe Them - Don't ever use this contractor. He is way too expensive for one and thinks he runs the show. He will not listen and does whatever he wants to do. I would come home and find things done that I was not even asked about in advance. I was a total wreck for the almost one year that he worked on my home. I couldn't wait to get him out of there. He took pictures of my home without my authorization and then posted them on his website, again without my authorization. He also posted the floor plan of my house on his website. I am trying to fight this to this day.
