Joolop - don't touch them - I ordered an IPOD docking station which they claimed was in stock. It wasn't. They seldom repond to your emails and when they do its a one liner. They have no published telephone number. Cant even find it on directory web sites. They claim my billing info is incorrect yet the payment has been taken from my Visa account. Customer service is zero. My issue is stills not resolved after 3 weeks. Dont touch them too risky. Have got Visa involved.
