I placed an order for a concealer pen and the first one was defective and didn't work. When I reported this I sent a video showing it was defective Jourer said they would send a replacement and after 2 weeks they shipped the replacement to an old address and different address from where original order was shipped I contacted them several times and requested a refund and after all I had to go through I had to send the defective concealer pen back and a month later still no refund and I had already sent a video showing it was defective. Their Customer Service was terrible and CS never once said I am sorry for your inconvenience or anything. I am very disappointed and do not recommend ordering from them. Order *******
