I have ordered 6 times so far with this company and spent a decent amount each time I order. Every single time the shipping was 1 week and the cigars came fresh and never dried out. They have awesome deals you gotta check them out!

And if you see a product that says "in stock soon", the "SOON" could mean "when hell freezes over". When you call to inquire on your order, they'll tell you it'll be 15 more business days just to get you off their back for a couple weeks. You might as well rent a hot air balloon, fly to China, pick up your product directly from there, ride the back of a turtle to get home, and you'll still be a week ahead of J&R's shipment.

As a 30 yrs customers always satisfied with price, selection and customer service. The only thing I miss is the great hilarious comments of original owner in magazine. I've shopped at others and always come back to JR

I ordered 2 products on the same day thru this web site. Each one had a problem. One of them was out of stock(after placing order ##@!$) and with the other, the item itself was changed during shipping. Frustrating!

This site seems to have great deals on audio, video, computers, cameras, and music. However, this business is not professional or well managed. Orders are not sent in a timely manner. They should tell you before you purchase whether the item is in stock.
I place an order and I find a good deal and I get a coupon that saves me 50 usd for each 150 usd order
They ship the order incomplete and they don't send me a message before shipping asking if I want to replace some items because they were not available but they send me a message saying the order was incomplete 2 days after I receive the package, I go to double down on the part of my shipment that was available and I see that they have bumped up the prices by 40%.
I took a chance with them despite the bad reviews online, usually I order from Atlantic or Famous and we even joked with the Customer Rep about the bad reviews online and she told me people get angry at times and they don't give us a chance to resolve it, well I did they didn't get me mad but ı was extremely disappointed.
One bad experience is enough. I will stay away from this seller for always, and I recommend you do the same

I have shopped on J&R both in their retail stores and online for years. They have some of the best prices around and I trust them just as much as say buy.com or amazon.com. They are based in NYC and if you have not been there before you are really missing out. They have great stuff and if you order online you will always get your stuff. Call them if you have any questions and their CS reps are so much better than your typical internet store as they actually work in NYC and are very familiar with what they sell there. Returns and exchanges are same as in their retail store and they won't stick you with a product that doesn't work. All products come with US warranty and are not grey market goods.
I placed an order for an extended weekend use, paid extra for 2 day air and the order did not make the shipment as expected. J&R neglected to send tracking to me for the order so by the time I inquired it was too late. The customer support was not able to provide a fair resolution to the problem they created.

I wanted to pick up some sticks while travelling to key west from Canada. I looked at local shops first however prices at vendors were high. I was always a fan of jr's reviews and I knew the site had incredible deals and carried practically every option. I had a very short window to receive my order only 3 days until I flew home. I made an error with my order (ordered 2 units of 1 product by mistake) and had to speek with customer service on a Sunday to correct my mistake. Customer service reps were polite and quickly refunded the difference. My order came within 1 buisness day as promised, the order was accurate and the 85 smokes were fresh and in pristine condition. I will order again everytime I visit the states. Wish you guys serviced Canada! Thanks for everything JRcigars. You met my tight window, exceeded my expectations and saved me a bundle, pun intended!

This is a terrible company do not buy from this company. They Will not refund all your money. When you returned something, they steal from the customers. This is awful, never buy from Company. These people are thieves.

My experience has been horrendous. I ordered some cigars for my boyfriend's birthday, and they were never even shipped, was never even contacted. I cancelled the order and wanted a full refund of $148. I received $91.58, and I didn't receive ANYTHING from them. It has been over 2 weeks since I cancelled and I just now got refunded, and it wasn't even the full amount.
I will NEVER EVER order from this company again.

I am very unhappy with the customer service. Yes, they were polite, but I feel like I was lied to in order to keep my money. I placed an order at 1:30am and almost immediately realized that I ordered the wrong thing. I searched the website for a cancelling option, but there was none. And, their customer service was only available between 7am to 7pm, so I had to wait to call and cancel. I then ordered the right product with plans to call and cancel the wrong order. I called at 11am, just 4 hours after their business hours began since my order, and I was told that my order could not be cancelled because it was already shipped. I then went back to the website and read that an email would be sent out once it was shipped and my order was still in processing. So, I called back at 2pm to make sure that the order really had been sent. And, again I got the same answer, that it had been shipped. Later I received the email confirming shipping, BUT it confirmed through the UPS site that they did not ship my package until 6pm, 7 hours after I was told that I could not cancel because it was already shipped. It was all a bunch of BULL! I am now returning both orders once I receive them, simply because I feel cheated by this company! I am very unhappy with them.

JR Cigars located in Burlington, NC has provided me the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order with JR cigars for a sample box of cigars
And paid extra for 2nd day UPS shipping.
I spoke to a sales rep who shall remain nameless, and the sales rep assured me my order would be shipped promptly. I ordered these cigars for my brother who is gravely ill in a nursing home in NYC.
I advised my brother that the cigars would be delivered on Thursday Aug. 3rd. My brother called me to advise me that he did not receive the cigars as expected.
I promptly reached out to JR cigars in order to get the tracking number for the order I placed with them (JR cigars). Upon speaking with JR they advised me that my order did not shop yet because they did not receive my age verification (ID) yet. I questioned the rep as to why hasn't anyone reached out to me from JR and I was told that they don't do that. In other words I placed an order with 2nd day ups shipping and two days later the order still did not ship. JR cigars advised me that they do not follow up on customer order shipping problems. I asked the sales rep when would they advise me that my order has not shipped yet and the rep said maybe after 10 days they would let me know.
I was told by JR rep that my order would be delivered on Monday and that there is nothing else they could do.
I am sure JR has many happy customers and based on reviews they seem to have a quality product. My experience is they have very, very poor customer service follow up procedures in place and I will never order from JR cigars again.
