Kudos to Julie Vos and their prompt, courteous customer service! I couldn't get a promo code to work that was expiring that day, they responded to my inquiry the next day and extended the promo for me. I ordered the gorgeous earrings and they arrived two days later! Now that was easy!

I have ordered many sets, the designs are great, the quality is great, love the 24k gold. They email a tracking # so you can follow, never had a need to do a return.
