After being a customer of Jumpline (and it's predecessors) for 20 years, my recent experience led me to have to move to another provider who actually provides support. Two months ago my site simply disappeared when some automated process on the Jumpline side took the server down. After chasing Jumpline for the better part of 2 months with no response other than 'someone will get back to you' I finally got a response to say that the server issue meant they lost the site and all backups. I can empathize with technical issues, but the complete and total lack of ANY sort of response or status updates for almost 2 months was at best ridiculous. Do NOT use this service.
Why I stick with Jumpline mainly is because whenever I've had issues (my fault or otherwise) their support is fast and knowledgeable and can be relied upon to sort you out. They are generous with space, domains and bandwidth, and technically I've found it good.
I've been with Jumpline since May, 2013 and they have been amazing, they stay competitive and are always increasing their site space and offerings at to extra cost to me. The best thing is customer support, any question you have will be answered within 10 minutes.
The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen. I also just opened another site with them and I got a nice discount on that for already having another account with them so I thought that was nice. As for customer support I absolutely love it.

I've used Jumpline for a while now. I've never had any issues and love the ability to up all the server stats on the fly during our busy seasons. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak.
Their business VPS web hosting deals are affordable. Good experience with Jumpline. Uptime has been nothing but the best and definitely lives up to their 99.9% uptime guarantee. Recommended. Very helpful and friendly staff are only the beginning! I find the longer I'm with the them the more I enjoy their hosting especially seeing how a few of my buddies are always complaining about the place hosted with.
I have been with Jumpline for several years now with no problems. I manage five domains on Cloudarion, maybe the people who are having so many problems didn't start in computers early enough or haven't studied computing enough. I started in 2008, maybe the problems are of their own making, or they expect too much. Everything works great.

I have been with Jumpline for more then 6 months and during this period of time I have not experienced any problems. That is good. But I hope they will integrate more payment options so that would become much more easier to pay for their services.

The server is very stable. My personal experience proves that Jumpline provides quick and professional service! I have never experienced downtime. Recently my website was hacked due to my own negligence. They provided fast and professional service to help brainstorm a solution/cause for my problem and was patient with my lack of computer/technical knowledge.

Paid for 1 year as they gave discount - 50% off the price $5.14/mo - got a reasonable number of dedicated email boxes, databases and other services that you need for the average interactive website. Most folks will be satisfied with their basic linux package.

Unlike many other providers doing support outsourcing, Jumpline is obviously the best one in many aspects. Within the span of a day I got this cheap little account to host 2 WordPress sites and one static site, all without additional fees. The cPanel is good. The WordPress install worked well. Everything so far is working out.
Very strong side of hosting - tech support. The live-support was most of the time very satisfying, I had only once a bigger issue with transferring a domain from a german registrar to Jumpline what appeared to be a language problem, but still everything works fine with them.
I looked online for reviews of Jumpline VPS hosting and found only positive reviews which I thought was fishy since it was too good to be true. I enjoy the up close and personal approach of the administrators and the support is always fast and accurate. My uptime has been fabulous and I love how much space I have for a relatively low price.
I always get support via email within a couple of hours, and I rarely experience downtime. I think that some people are a little cranky and expect a little too much for their money. Jumpline is GREAT! This is an awesome webhost.

Compared to other hosts I have worked with, they are above and beyond the value of other hosts, especially with their customer service. Jumpline has been nothing but superb. We've recommended them to some of our associates and they have ended up using them as well.
