After being a customer of Jumpline (and it's predecessors) for 20 years, my recent experience led me to have to move to another provider who actually provides support. Two months ago my site simply disappeared when some automated process on the Jumpline side took the server down. After chasing Jumpline for the better part of 2 months with no response other than 'someone will get back to you' I finally got a response to say that the server issue meant they lost the site and all backups. I can empathize with technical issues, but the complete and total lack of ANY sort of response or status updates for almost 2 months was at best ridiculous. Do NOT use this service.

I have been a Jumpline for about 3 months now. I have been very satisfied with the service. The pages of my website come up very quickly. There was a 1-2 month period in which something happened at Jumpline and I experienced a variety of problems. These problems have been rectified. They have been reliable and everything you could ask for in a host.

I have a Blogger based web site and it was not so hard for me to do the search for the web hosting account. I used google and found there Jumpline and decided to use them. Now I have been with them for a long time and for the time being with them I have never faced any issue. I installed my web application and now use that with no problem. That's why I can say how their support team is etc. But I believe that is a good reason ;).

In January 2019 I moved all my scripts, web applications and web sites to Jumpline. So I would like to say few words about the process and how everything was. Migration was really easy for me - I provided my old host details and they moved and setup everything for me. Fantastic! Good web host!
Highly recommend Jumpline cheap hosting services. My sites have a reasonable amount of traffic so was impressed that the huge storage and bandwidth as from what I can tell I'm not near having issues with it, again unlike my old host who kept telling me there was too much traffic to the site and I needed VPS, which was untrue.
I use Jumpline for hosting images, movies, and other things did not use it much for my site just making a off site storage hard drive and it worked good for that. I never had a problem with them and I loved the ease of their control panel, actually miss it now that I have cpanel.
Glad to run my websites at Jumpline VPS account. I'd been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host wouldn't help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed their support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended :)

I am quite satisfied with the service: I had no downtimes, very few reasons to contact support, and the site was always working fastly. I've never had the renewal problems people below have, my accounts were closed once and I was never asked for renewal.

Jumpline has good pricing, fair support - our hosting was actually done by shared, and while their support was generally good. They support php7 and all the php extensions I need. I can create MySQL databases myself through the control panel without authorization. I can add additional TLD's at no extra cost. My webmail is a lot easier to get to than it is on other hosts using cPanel. Recommended.
